great, helpful customer service! dining area very clean and food nicely prepared, always manage to come back here every few times. tasty food affordable with coupons!

Excellent food and smell but limited amount of seating spots but is excellent for a quick takeout or family movie night!

Had a problem with the pizzas slightly burnt. Upon letting know the owner as well as person at the kitchen were happy to replace our order. They were quick and acknowledged many times and explained me later too on what happens with thin crust pizzas. Very good customer service.

Sunday pickup only begins 11.30am, however upon calling the manager Shayan, he and his team went out of their way to make 20 x pizzas (!!) ready by 11.10am for pickup. Incredible effort! They finished only within 10mins of opening, allowing us ample time to collect the pizzas & meet a party deadline of 11.30am. Managers like these are rare, Shayan is genuine and lovely to deal with! Highly recommend Kellyville Dominos! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb service and quality pizzas! All 20 pizzas came out steaming hot, so deliciously stringy cheesy, base was cooked perfectly golden, with care taken on toppings! Thank you!!

The people there are lovely, very polite and pizzas are made fairly quickly would definitely recommend 👍

Me and beautiful wife always order lava cakes and churros. Where do i start, the sheer crisp on the churros is second to none! I cant suggest them highly enough. Not to mention the lava cakes, boy do i get excited when they arrive. From the moment we make the order on the phone, where Sarah the lovely
cashier answers, we are filled with not just joy but excitement for what’s ahead. Boasting both great customer service from the moment we order to the fast delivery to our door!

Very nice quality pizza and very good service.

I ordered a pizza on Sunday night and expected it to be extremely busy. When i came in to pick up the pizza, i was extremely surprised by the service. I was immediately greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. The counter girl with the glasses (I think her name was Isabella or Imogen) was incredibly friendly and cheerful, despite what looked like a stressful atmosphere. My Peri-Peri Chicken Pizza was then made promptly and tasted delicious. It had a-lot of ingredients and you could tell was made fresh. Every staff member here did a fantastic job! Fantastic customer service! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Awesome. I've ordered at all times of the day/week, ordered 8+ pizzas at once, and they've got it right every single time. Sometimes it can be slow (Footy finals etc), but what do you expect when 1 person is ordering 80 pizza's? They do fantastically well compared to other stores for the amount of orders they get!
The main guy that's generally always there (the owner maybe?) provides excellent customer service. He always ensures he includes my 3yo in the process (asks for her name, she pays, he calls her over when its ready etc); it's really sweet, and it makes her day.
To be honest, some of the other staff working there maybe shouldn't be in the service industry, but we all have bad days, right? I just put it down to this, and look at the positives.
We get pizza from here generally once a month, for the last 2 years, and its always been great.

Shame there's lots of negative reviews, I've always ordered through their website and done pickup. Never had any issues with them and the pizza's were great. Hopefully this motivates them to keep it up the standard I have be receiving. Cheers

Best pizza we have had. We frequently order pizza here. Return time is quick and above all pizzas are great compare to other Domino's franchises. People serving here are very good and respectful. We love ou ordering here particularly at this store
