BWS Kellyville Grove

A young lady named Tayla went above and beyond with her customer service skills on Friday evening. I was struggling carrying extra unplanned groceries from Woollies and Tayla stopped what she was doing and assisted me finding boxes and bags from the store so I could properly carry my items. She then served other customers and came back to continue helping me. Made me enjoy my Vodka Cruiser that night just that little bit more! The store was also very clean and tidy with noticeable specials. A cute little addition to Kellyville Grove.

I wanted to express my disappointment today at your store involving a staff member named Rose (uncertain if real name). Her unpleasant demeanor, eye-rolling, and unprofessional posture greatly detracted from our shopping experience. This encounter has left us disheartened, especially during the holiday season, and has raised concerns about the staff's professionalism. We hope steps will be taken to address this matter for an improved customer experience.
