The ladies I dealt with here were fantastic! They all went above and beyond, by not only being very professional and capable in performing the huge number of tests my specialist had ordered, but also helped me to choose a flattering new set of glasses in between tests (without applying any pressure or rush, which was much appreciated). I came away feeling really pleased with the glasses I’d chosen but also very confident that the tests they’d done were accurate and the results they gave me to reassure me on the spot and explain everything as they went along couldn’t be improved upon. Thanks again!

Today I went to Specsavers Rousehill
I have a glasses which got it from them 2 years ago.
It needed fixing, oh my god girls in Rousehill branch are amazing, they made impossible, possible.
I was aiming to buy a new one but they fixed my glasses perfectly.
Most amazing team are working there, specially the lady with glasses.

Great example of excellent customer service. I waited about 1 minute to be served, even though the store was fairly busy. From the initial appointment to the eye test then choosing some frames then picking them up, cannot fault their service at all. 5 stars all round. I've been in retail almost 30 years and can tell good service and training, would highly recommend!

About 2 months ago, I wrote a rather scathing review as my new glasses had not lived up to my expectations. However, the owner of Specsavers Rouse Hill contacted me and arranged to see me personally. He spent a lot of time with me trying to establish why the glasses were not working for me and between his optician (?) and himself, they figured out that my reading lifestyle did not really suit multi-focal lenses, which I had bought. They then offered to replace the multi-focals with 2 pairs of glasses - bifocals and a pair of ordinary, single-vision glasses. These two pairs are working brilliantly for me. No complaints and very grateful that they reached out to me to ensure my happiness with their product and service.

(Former Review) I have traditionally gone to another optometry business (been in Sydney since the 1960s), but this year, January, I went to Specsavers as it is the one my health fund has an agreement with. It was a bit of a wait to be seen, even with an appointment (I nearly walked out) and it took about 6 weeks for my 2 pairs of multi-focals to be ready for pick up. I have had these glasses now for 6 months. The sunglass pair are fine, no problems with them.

But, the clear glass multi-focals lost a screw and lens whilst we were on holidays overseas in April (ie one month after I had started wearing them!). On our return, Specsavers did repair them. Now, 6 months on, the soft plastic nose rest on the metal frame, has lifted away. I am also not happy with the multi-focal nature of this pair, it seems to be more a bi-focal as the mid-ground even now after 6 months of using them remains blurry in my vision.

So overall, not happy. Won't be using Specsavers again, I'll pay the extra and go elsewhere.

Very happy with Specsavers only suggestion would be they get more designer frames. Service was fast and seamless in a very busy store.

I came into Specsavers Rouse Hill as I was having issues with my sunglasses which were giving me a lot of pain and headaches. I got them adjusted previously from Stanhope Specsavers, however, the pain that was caused remained the same for me everytime I wore them. Thankfully Jasreet at Rouse Hill Specsavers was able to adjust them successful and assured me that my choice was good and could be easily fixed. She was patient and kept trying even though I made her adjust it several times. Since then I have had no issues with my glasses and have worn them at multiple occasions. Thank you :)
