The British Lolly Shop

Really awesome lolly store. The staff were so informative and friendly. He allowed us to try a few different things before we bought it which was really nice.
Items were reasonably priced as well. Very nice little shop.

A great lolly shop, with a massive amount of variety.
Including flying saucers, black jacks, humbugs, strawberry pigs, chewy toffee bon bons, pear drops to name but a few.

Of course it is ridiculously overpriced, but that is a standard for all imported tasty products.
( £1.25 Cadbury block, $7.50... 🤣)
But for the novelty and tastes that can transport you back in time... its worth it.

This is a must if you're in the area. Beware as you won't leave empty handed. So many goodies. If you have a sweet tooth, pop in & have a look. Don't say I didn't warn you! 😁

For the current COVID environment the distancing and regulating people into the shop was good.
The two girls working were friendly and helpful.
Worth stopping in for a bag of goodies.

Lovely young lady served us with a smile and a generous Bonbon. We had a ball buying the sweets we know and buying some to try. My 84 year old mother had memories of the old traditional lollies. We have been here many a time and we will still keep coming here for the best quality lollies.

The lollies are much better than the ones in supermarkets, definitely worth buying. The gummy bears were the best I’ve had in my whole life, soft and full of flavor. Also the man who served me was so sweet!

What a magnificent assortment of UK treats! Wow. I did not expect to see this amidst the Hunter Valley Gardens. The lady working there was welcoming and informative. She offered us a taste of some sweets, which I thought was nice indeed. We walked in partly out of curiosity and walked out with bags of sweets. If you love candy, this is a unique treat.

My mother and I visited here at the end of a Monday afternoon.
We had a lovely experience in the shop. The lady who helped us was very friendly, and told us some stories of the UK, as our family is from Scotland originally.

The man I'm presuming was the owner came up and asked if we'd been in before. We hadn't, so he explained how all the lollies and chocolate came from the UK, even the stuff that is also sold here in Australia.
He asked if I'd like to try one and I really enjoyed the blackcurrant bon bon he recommended.
Really nice guy, polite and kind. Will drop in any time we're in the area.

This shop takes you all the way back to your childhood. I went there to buy just a packet of chocolate but ended buying loads of them.The lady working over there was really helpful, we were given chocolates to try. Customer service was very nice. Will visit there again.

Very friendly. The old man was so passionate about his lollies made my experience there memorable. Happy to let you taste anything. Not racist at all. Felt very welcomed

I have been here so many times, but today was the greatest experience with Malinda. Really energetic, fun and bubbly. Really know's the merchandise and brings the whole shop to life.

Always a great range to choose from and staff are happy to give samples to try beforehand where possible. Great place for those sweets not readily available at the local supermarket.

Lovely lolly shop run by a very friendly couple. Takes me back to my youth and corner sweet shops in UK.

Lot of halal sweets, Excellent service, super friendly, rare collection of sweets that you will hardly find anywhere else. Super for kids!!
