Made a reservation for a friend’s birthday via their website.
We ordered the gnocchi and the t bone to share amongst 3 people. Doesn’t sound like alot but the portions were perfect for sharing. Had the rafaello for dessert and requested for a little birthday surprise for my friend. Our server was really accommodating and very sweet! She gifted us a glass of sparkling wine after our meal for my friend’s birthday.

Some of the best food and service EVER! The Wagyu and burrata appetizers are to die for, the prawn pasta was a little over cooked but not even that could take away from the whole experience. Our server, Sarah was incredible and a huge reason we will be coming back. We even got dessert to take away. Thanks eRemo!! Xx

Definitely the best steak in Hunter Valley after dining here twice and not diasapointed . It was between here and Leogate. This venue kills it over the later for service which is so accomodating and doesn’t shut the kitchen straight after you get your food. Also the steak is cooked the way you ordered it. Service was friendly and attentive. Good wine list too as it’s not limited just to one winery. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting both inside and outside.

Every dish was delicious! The Prawn Arancini balls are mouth-watering and the Green Bean Insalata is perfect!

Was recommended by one of the Wineries nearby and we are glad they did! We just went to the all afternoon bar for a quick bite and were not disappointed. The staff were amazing and the food was very delicious. Good cocktails to boot and a spectacular location. Can recommend for sure.

We booked dinner to celebrate our Anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The restaurant itself is clean and bright with an amazing view, staff were attentive and polite and the food was exceptional. Booked this place for our last night and part of my partners birthday. We were a party of 4 and got the set menus style for $130 each out of the whole menu the antipasto was the best however every meal we got was just as amazing. I did request a dessert with a candle however they did not deliver which doesn’t matter since we were all sooo full with the variety of dishes served. It is definitely worth the money and was a great memory for all of us. Thank you for hosting will be back for sure !

Wow the place is amazing, excellent quality of service, food, atmosphere. The price is a bit expensive but would be great for special occasions or date night.

Eremo truly impressed us with its enchanting ambiance, attentive and accommodating staff, and exceptional cuisine. The food surpassed our expectations, as each dish we ordered was flawlessly prepared. Along with our main courses, we indulged in the delectable roasted rosemary potatoes, which were served in an incredibly generous portion.

In summary, our experience at Eremo was nothing short of remarkable, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Surprised the food is quite decent. Can get a bit expensive, but the food was worth it.

Pizza was cooked properly and tasted great. The garlic bread was crispy and can really taste the garlic. Sliders were cooked properly as well.

The views are great and service was second to none.

What a wonderful evening spent here.
We were warmly welcomed by Philip who took us outside to take in the gorgeous view before introducing us to Brendan who showed us to our seats overlooking the beautiful grounds. We then met out lovely French waitress, Marion, who was a delight and couldn't have been more accommodating. We were even surprised with a glass of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary.
Our meals were delicious, the service impeccable and the whole vibe was really relaxing but special.

Absolutely wonderful lunch her today. Food and service was fantastic. We had the kids pizza, lamb ragu & pumpkin ravioli. Everything was delicious and well prepared. Service was also quick, without feeling rushed in anyway. Restaurant and surrounds are also lovely.
Special shout out to our server Tracey - she was attentive, friendly and helpful and made my mum feel super special for her birthday today.

The food was delicious, though the quantity was a bit less than we expected. Kids menu was a full platter and was enough for kids. We ordered potato mains, snapper fillet and chicken thigh kids platter. Everything was good and along with that mocktail and desserts were ordered like Tiramisu. Service was good and felt comfortable. Highly recommend.

A beautiful setting with attentive and helpful staff and incredible food. We loved Eremo.

We dined here on a Saturday night. The bar has a great outdoor space with a beautiful view over the surrounding valley and bushland, so it was perfect for enjoying a pre dinner cocktail. We were originally sat in a table towards the back of the restaurant (which was fine), however a family with two small children soon arrived and we asked the staff if they would be OK discreetly move us to another table in the (quieter) front end of the restaurant. The staff were only too happy to oblige and we had a spot next to an open windows which provided lots of fresh air and great views.

The food was excellent. The lamb was cooked perfectly and we ordered some sides including broccoli and roasted rosemary potatoes. The serving of potatoes was enormous!

All in all we loved this spot and I'd highly recommend it.

Beautiful restaurant in Spicers. We had the "greedy" menu which provided the option to try a few different things. Was all delicious! Also opted for the supplementer 48 days dry aged T bone.... OMG! Was the best steak I have ever had! Yes it was an additional cost and a little pricey but so worth it!

We'll definitely be back next time we're on the Hunter.

Oh...the service was also on point. Friendly staff and very welcoming.

Tip: Make sure you have pre dinner drinks on the terrace.

Had the pleasure to dine at eRemo and was not disappointed. The food was of excellent quality, with servings big enough to fill the appetite, the oysters fresh and succulent as was the scallops. The Blue Eye Cod was juicy and full of flavour, while my duck was awesome. Highly recommend the Rhubarb dessert. Staff were also excellent and pleasant at all times. 5 stars

Our waitress, Kayla was absolutely amazing. She was run off her feet but did an amazing job. I would 100% recommend this place and Kayla. The food was delicious.

Great lunch. I decided on the 300g Wagyu (I never order steak) and it was fantastic. My husband chose Lamb Ragu pasta which he loved. Dessert was fantastic - Rafaello.

Beautiful restaurant; the food is superb. It was so lovely to finally see a restaurant with beautifully set tables, fabric napkins, and smiling waiters, especially after visiting other so-called "5-star hotels" in the area. Highly recommended for those who value design and atmosphere.
