Australian Alpaca Barn

We were buying a cardigan for our overseas relatives. We visited this store after visiting the other Alpaca Barn in Hunter Valley and finding out that only this store had the cardigan in XL.

Karen patiently assisted us with all the measurements and different styles so we could make sure our overseas relatives had their pick. The products are gorgeous and of high quality.

Beautiful items to buy, but most things are quite expensive. A lovely shop though for something special or unusual.

I did not visit the store today but earlier in the week. The extra cleaning required for COVID is no excuse for the treatment we received by you. Besides, we should all know by now that COVID is not primarily transmitted through touch. Please do not redirect the blame on to your staff as it was not their fault. In fact, I’m saying leave it to your staff to sell your products as they have a better understanding of customer service than you.

Went in here on Saturday wanting to buy some jackets for my little one and myself and the women working there was on the phone to what sounded like her friend talking about their personal life the whole time I was in the store ( aprox 5 minutes hooing she would get off the phone but didnt ) and didnt even acknowledge I was even in her store. We came from Newcastle to see a number of shops and this shop was one in particular but im not spending money in a place where they cant even acknowledge me. Very sad experience and wont be going back to that store again unfortunately.
