So Happy with my new tyres: Toyo AT Open Country III. The drivability difference is amazing & so much more handling. Went from 33psi to 38psi, so increase in size and comfort across various road surfaces. I now have the strength of tyre to tow my little caravan. Mark ONeil was so knowledgeable & helpful & all the staff personable with communication & price beat any competitor & r/r on tyre price by $25 per tyre. I highly recommend ONeil's for your tyre & vehicle maintenance needs.

Could not be happier with the service I received from Mark and the team at O’Neill’s Cessnock. My tyre blew out and they fixed it within 20 minutes and we’re so efficient and nice. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Not from Newcastle, was driving past. I had a punctured tyre, the team was able to fit me in within 1 hr of calling and sorted the problem. The price to fix the puncture was very cheap also !!
A punctured tyre can often ruin your day, but the team was just very helpful.

Had a puncture on a run flat tyre while away in the Hunter Valley, went to O’Neills and they replaced it straight away and we were out of there in 30min, excellent service would recommend!

We had a fantastic experience here. Got a flat tyre in the Hunter, rang Mercedes’ care service who sent us to a service centre that didn’t have any tyre care services. Luckily this place was next door, they fixed the tyre in 20minutes at less than a quarter of what Mercedes would charge. They were friendly and professional.

Service is very good. Prices are best in town.
Cannot fault their friendly customer service, they make you feel at home, nothing is a problem with their friendly team.

I am from 7 hours away, blew a tyre on the loaded car trailer at 4.30pm approx 10 mins away from their store while I was about to head home.
The friendly staff not only managed to fit me in for a quality tyre fit and balance but actually too the time to come collect me from the roadside and drop me back at my car free of charge...

Got a blown tyre on my camp trailer, rang these guys and what a great choice. Was just down the road turned up and it was like they where waiting for us, replaced two tyres with lightning speed. Highly recommend these guys totally amazing.prices are great as well
