Great staff, very friendly, experienced and very gentle with handling your hair. Had my ridiculous fluro orange roots (from hair colosseum liverpool) fixed to blend in with the rest of my hair. They fixed it and treated my scalp. I wasnt going back to hair colosseum in liverpool to get it fixed because they lost my trust and confidence.

Liverpool Store ♡

I was seen to straight away. The woman that did my hair was very friendly and was very knowledgeable. She was able to give me advice specific to my hair. My haircut and colour was done very well and she also gave me a complementary hair treatment.
It's a shame I'm not from Sydney otherwise I would make them my regular hair dresser. Will definitely go back when visiting Sydney.

I also think there needs to be separate reviews for the stores.

Amazing experience! I had a lady named Sonia and she is just amazing, she knew all ther colours and she was just so good. Everytime I go there Sonia does my hair and my hair looks flawless everytime I walk out of there!

Tonight I had the best experience at Paris hairdressing at Hurstville. I haven't been to such a good place for years that actually try to achieve what you want, I've been trying to get this exact colour for over a year now and have one last shot tonight and were so confident in there work. I'm so glad I tried this place, The staff were wonderful and welcoming and made me feel very good about myself tonight. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this place to anyone, every customer I sore leave this store was very happy, as I am, thank you again to the staff at Hurstville 😘😘😘

Amazing service and quality! Definitely recommend to everyone. Not only do they have low prices but all the staff are friendly and professional and their services are of high quality. They never fail to make me happy. Love getting my hair done there

Paris Hairdressing, Macquarie Centre.

To be honest I am not happy with the entire experience at all. When I asked on the phone how long a balayage appointment would take, I was told about an hour... Try THREE hours! They should have given me a realist time frame to begin with, as I was organising a babysitter.

While the staff were nice enough, in hindsight I don't know why I wasn't shown any colour options, simply asked if I wanted "gold". I had shown several of the hairdressers two pictures for reference of the style and colour I wanted. The end result looks nothing like them. I also commented that I don't want an obvious "regrowth" line, and wanted the colour to blend nicely with my natural colour. They didn't get that right either.

** I made a phone call to leave feedback and they offered for me to come in and fix up the hair colour, free of charge. The boss himself took care of my hair and left it looking much better than it did originally. He even threw in a complimentary bottle of hair conditioner for the inconvenience. **

Wish I read the reviews before going. I saw a packed hair salon and thought they most be good. Unfortunately they were too Expensive, for the bare minimum results. I got charged more than double than what they presented on their price list. So don't go off the price list. This was the Liverpool franchise.

PS I have short, easy manageable hair.

I understand things bought from places like Scoopon are hit or miss, but I've never, NEVER in my entire life received a Keratin treatment quite like the Macquarie Shopping centre store. This is the first time I felt that I must leave a review just to warn people.

I've purchased coupons for Keratin treatments many times before, not all places are the same but all of them were acceptable results. This place, put almost no product in my hair. The brush to brush on the product had other people's hair in it, then the left over product was poured back into the bottle.

The lady who served me literally brushed on 3 - 5 strokes of the product, took a whole of 2 mins and said "there you're done". I never argue with hair dressers or kitchen staff due to fear that my service will be vengefully screwed (especially involving a hot iron). Then came the blow dry and a 2 minute straightening. I received no more than 15mins of service for my $70 voucher, and no product.

She then proceeded to explain how "our hairdresser isn't liable if you use products that strip out your treatment", of course she says that, because at this point I'm thinking even the best sulphate free and sodium free product won't work because you've put nothing on! I then asked her what shampoo did she recommend, she said nothing, obviously because she knows nothing she can give me will keep the hair smooth because there was no product in it.

I will never ever go back to this place and have told everyone at work not to go as well.

I wish I had read the negative reviews before purchasing a Scoopon to this place. I went to the Macquarie centre branch and had truly one of the worst hair appointments ever. The staff were stressed as the boss was running 2.5 hours late for his shift and were complaining to the customers about it. I was left to sit in a chair for 45 minutes with no explanation as to when I would be seen. I was eventually seen by a stylist but she did a rush job on my balayage. I was then taken to have my hair washed and left to sit there without any explanation as to what was happening while the stylist and the manager went off to discuss what extensions she was going to get put in her hair. At the end my hair turned out the wrong colour (not what I asked for). I also went home with my hair stinking of peroxide - they obviously didn't wash it properly.
The manager of the salon was strangely friendly to some customers and not to others (like myself) - he was actually quite rude and obnoxious and not at all apologetic when I mentioned I was waiting 45 minutes before I was seen.
I will not be going back to this salon again and will probably need to make another appointment to get the colour fixed.
Avoid this place.

DO NOT SPEND A PENNY AT THIS PLACE.
I purchased a scoopon voucher for my mother, which included : treatment, wash, colour and blow dry. Staff were not trained, unprofessional, work environment super chaotic and dirty, the manager convinced my mother to not colour the roots of her hair to match the colour of the rest of the hair, he also said that she couldn't go for a brighter or a darker colour because it would require bleaching ( mum's hair was chocolate brown she wanted to go a different shade in brown). No treatment was given, we waited over 2.5 hours on only roots colour, they did not cut hair, they DID NOT BLOW DRY IT THEN ONLY DRIED IT. I am fuming simply by reflecting back on the horrible experience, they should not have a business. STAY AWAY.

The worst experience I have ever had at a hairdresser, I asked for a lighter colour than my current hair and ended up walking out with a darker hair colour that cost me $170. When I asked for a quote at the beginning they said yes they can dye it to that colour but what I got was totally not what I asked for. Very unprofessional and not only that they ripped me off 'fix' shampoo and conditioner that would have cost $18 at Price attack I was charged $70. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, I wish I had read the reviews before going here.

Very disappointed and frustrated with the service I received here. I was not provided with the service I asked for, waited over 3.5 hours for something that normally takes less than 2 hours (at my usual hairdresser) and was ripped off by being charged for a keratin treatment that I did not ask for. The Manager also did not even attempt to resolve my complaint. Customers were left waiting with wet hair, and unfinished colours because there were not enough staff working, or staff were too busy socialising with one another to finish their tasks. Think twice before going to this salon!

This hair/make up place is the worst place I have ever come to. The Liverpool store had horrendous service and their customer approach and work was appalling.

I had selected the $89 package which I was informed that the make up would be spectacular with a professional make up artist who is able to contour and will be using napoleon or Mac products. When the lady began my make up she had no clue what she was doing, no primer was used and the foundation was not the correct colour and was applied using used brushes. The application (I know this because I do my make up everyday) was horrific, the lady failed to cover up my scars and simply continued to do a horrid job regardless of my opinion and simply claimed it "cannot be covered" even though my normal everyday foundation can cover it. After not even covering my full face with foundation (leaving out my chin and forehead as well as my neck) the lady began applying blush which I had NOT asked for. I had provided an image by which I wanted my make up to be done and the lady refused to follow my request and did what she desired and apply pink eyeshadow which I specifically told her NOT to do. On top of all that the lady was rude and inconsiderate, thinking I'm stupid and have no idea about make up and how it should look (I am not classifying myself as an expert but a four year old could have done better make up than what she had done). On top of all of this, I called the salon the day before asking if fake eyelashes were included in the make up package and the lady said yes, when I got to the place the lady immediately insisted for me to pay $20 extra despite having my own lashes. No setting spray was used nor did the lady care and merely acted like this was an acceptable effort. Furthermore, all the products used lacked hygiene as the make up was used time after time for each person. The make up was f****ing terrible and I would actually like to know if the lady is even qualified because she sure didn't seem it. This resulted in me, a 17 year old girl 15 minutes before my formal having to re-do my make up which I thought would be done by the so called professional make up artist. To add on to the mountainous pile of complaints which are masked by FALSE ADVERTISING OF THE COMPANY the time management was poor, saying that I would be finished in 1.5 hrs when really I was finished in 2 hours despite having made an appointment. The experience was s**t and I do not wish anyone to have to go through the what I went through today.

Moving onto the hair, the hair was done poorly. I had shown an image to the lady and it looked nothing like it, and the ladies excuse for that was that "Ican't recreate it but can make it similar", which anyway was not at all similar to what the image was like and once again the lady desired to do the easier route and do as she pleases. The hair was coming out only an hour after getting it done and the hair was NOT secure. The hair look was horrific, something that matched their make up.

Additionally, my mother had also insisted for the $39 package which included a wash, cut and blow dry. The lady shockingly changed $49 Despite requesting the $39 package just because it's implied that it's $10 more depending on the length of someone's hair WHICH IS NOT ADVERTISED! To add on top of this mammoth disaster, the lady didn't even wash my mums hair because it was "already washed, and didn't need washing". Is this some sort of joke ?!

To conclude, I just wanted to raise awareness of the horrific salon that this is and the extent as to which the place FALSE ADVERTISES. It was truly a shocking and mind boggling experience and I hope that this uncouth behavior concludes as soon as possible so no other person has to go through the stress and betrayal I faced today.

Worse hairdressing place I have ever been to. Bought the Scoopon voucher and had booked in for 2 people. When we got there, the lady insisted we had only made bookings for 1 and was really angry, even though I showed her the proof of my e-mail of my booking.

Never mind that, when she gave me a haircut, she was so rough to my hair and she was just horribly rude. All the staff there were just busy chatting among themselves. When she was done cutting and washing, she turned on the highest heat on the hairdryer and when i told her to lower the heat, she said "oh sad I can't". Which hairdryer in this world has no heat settings?!

Terribly disappointed at their disgusting service and horrible attitude. Never going back there

Went for a trim at the liverpool store- walked out with 15cm gone, uneven cut (to the point where I have bits that are 5cm longer in some areas). When I complained, it only got worst, so I paid and left. Went back today to speak to the manager and was responded with "I am not sure why it happened the hairdresser has over 30 years experience". They didn't offer a refund but offered to try fix it (As if you would let anyone from there touch your hair when they cant even apologies). I had to pay for another haircut elsewhere to fix their crap job... even the other place was shocked. Needed to remove a further 3cm off my hair to fix their mistake!!!

The buy 1 get 1 free Keratin is an absolute rip off. Went there after thre months to do the second Keratin treatment, firstly I was treated very bad by the staff and secondly the Keratin did not have any affect on my hair what so ever, unlike the first patch of Keratin.
