Have been for 4 years going to this shop and wait for Polly to get my eyebrows done. Had a great experience with Polly, she is professional, polite, friendly, and welcoming. Always wait for Polly to get eyebrows threading done, she takes time with customers and shares her opinion.
Reem I met her recently, got eyebrows waxing done and she is also friendly, polite and welcoming.
Always happy from the results. Polly and Reem both they do an amazing job, will be definitely keep going to this shop.

She offers a range in waxing, tinting, eyelash extensions application and removal, facials, piercings more. She’s very sweet, friendly and welcoming environment.

The lady was extremely professional, took me in straight away and asked how I would like my eyebrows. I needed it reshaped and she explained to me as she worked on my eyebrow. She paid great attention to detail and was very friendly. Great service thank you

Had my daughters ears pierced here and the lady the done it was really nice and done a wonderful job.

Went in for a bikini wax and the lady who did was “alright”... apart from the fact that the door was left open to the room and hair was not waxed evenly or thoroughly enough what so ever. Also, the lady that waxed me wasn’t too polite either. Would not recommend.

I went in store a day before Eid for eyebrow clean, I specifically wanted eyebrow CLEAN not reshaping, but the worker ignored my requests and decided to reshape and thin out my eyebrows despite me telling her I didn't want that. On top of all that I also requested MULTIPLE times to have a mirror so I can see myself and she said I don’t have one - WHAT BEAUTY SALON DOESN'T HAVE A MIRROR?!!! She is inexperienced and waxed my skin off as well as half my eyebrows and left me with red ripped skin, missing eyebrows and swollen eyelids
Honestly so disappointed and will never ever return to this shop.

I hope people consider this post and rethink them going to this shop!

Today I went to this place and I had Natasha. It seemed like she knew what she was doing until the end when I took a look at my lashes. They looked almost the same as before and didn’t have a lifted effect. I wasn’t shocked until I went to my Aunty and she said that is not how it is supposed to look like. So she made a complaint with them and asked for a refund. They said I had to wait till the next day to see if looked better. Btw I also had one of my eyes red bc the chemical had gotten in my eye.

I came in today for my eyebrows to be wax, got severed by one of the staff instantly. Though the staff member didn’t even bother to wash her HANDS! Once she started to do her thing she kept touching my raw skin with her unclean fingers! She proceeded more and I could feel that she went too thin into my eyebrow and had wrecked its shape! I didn’t want to be rude and yell at her when I first saw my result cause I didn’t want to make a scene though I highly recommend they change their stuff who has experience and qualification 🙄😒

i have blonde hair and had my eyebrows tinted dark brown. absolutely horrible. staff were leaving in the middle of my appointment to go finish off other customers. would give 0 stars if i could.

Shocking service. My daughter’s upper lip wax ended up with skin ripped off and my brow tint was appalling. The manager told me I should’ve tinted before waxing, which actually defies logic. Fair Beauty in Miranda and Parramatta are worth the time and money however, LIVERPOOL Fair Beauty, is astoundingly incompetent and leaves much to be desired.
