last week was the first time I entered the new cotton in store in Liverpool and I’ve got to say Sandra went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and walk out of the store happy! Will totally be coming again.

this is my local cotton on body store and I love the vibe and service from all the girls here. very friendly and approachable! don’t get this good of service around liverpool normally - very happy, thanks girls for your help!

Oh man! This place is too good.
Nice staff.
Nice collection of t-shirts,shirts,jackets,caps,shoes and what not.
And everything here is cheap when compared to other places.
A must go place for shopping.
I can say you'll fall in love. 😅

Great place to get good fitting and good quality clothes, the prices are expensive but reasonable for their quality. I don't have any trouble with this place at all. It has wheel chair accessibility entrance so there isn't any problem for the disable👍😁

Wish the changing room doors were open so I don't ask the staff. Their shoes can be uncomfortable except the boots but their clothes are pretty good for casualwear.

Love this shop, love the clothes, staff are super helpful and current selling tote bags that funds for go to the flood victims. 😀
