McDonald's Liverpool F/C II

Was truly an experience of a lifetime. Asian cashier I think her name was Vicki had amazing customer service, extremely polite and efficient. She then proceeded to serve me the most gobsmacking jawdropping mouthwatering flabbergasting astronomically delectable delicioso spectacular fabulous steamed bun, or so they call it, Cheese of Burger, filled with the right amount of savoury beef patty grilled to perfection and topped with freshly grown zucchinis from the back 😍 Not only that but I was also given some marvelous Fries of French, fried to a crisp perfection. Will be recommending this place to my friends and family ❤

The staff are friendly and the service is efficient. Be ready to stand waiting in the middle of the way where people pass through the food court to the gaming areas. A lot of young people frequent this place and they like to laugh at anything and everything.

The manager was running front counter and was processing orders very fast and efficiently. I was really happy to see the manager at the front of house. I was waiting for my chocolate sundae and a customer asked how long ago the nuggets were cooked. She was confident and quick to get things done. Such a well managed Maccas and of course really great staff too.

Food comes quickly and order is correct. Staff work quickly and are polite.

One of the better McDonald's that I have visited. Lots of young staff. Very efficient.

The staff(at least the ones working Wednesday evening) were all noticeably much happier and friendlier than typical McDonald’s stores and the food tasted great.

Real good food and Halal as well, definitely going to visit again

AMAZING, GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD WAS AMAZING, SURE THEY DO STUFF UP AT TIMES BUT IF YOU LOOK AT IT, THEY ALWAYS HAVE LINES GOING TOWARDS THE ESCALATORS. ITS REALLY BUSY THERE SO I DONT EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE PERFECT SO IM HAPPY WITH WHAT I HAVE.
