I am extremely impressed with the quality of the products and the exceptional customer service provided by the staff at Fayt. As a resident of Newcastle, I am fortunate to have access to such a wonderful establishment. I highly recommend Fayt to anyone seeking high-quality products and a positive shopping experience.

I'm absolutely blown away by the customer service I received today. The girls there were helpful, friendly and made me feel so welcomed. They were attentive to getting me different sizes and even made suggestions as to what colours suited me. This is the first time that I've felt comfortable in the change rooms. Have been meaning to check out the store the last couple of times I’ve been to Newcastle but time didn’t allow it. Finally got to come in this morning and what a fantastic experience it was! The new girl that was working (I didn’t catch her name) was so helpful and lovely! A great shopping experience and I can’t wait to return :)

I went into the Newcastle Fayt store yesterday for the first time and it was such an incredible experience. The girls working there were SUPER helpful, and supported me in finding clothes that would fit and make me feel good. I will 100% be going back! xx

Today I visited the store with my Mother and I must say the customer service we received was amazing. The girls that were working made both of us feel so welcomed and comfortable trying on clothes. It was a lovely atmosphere to shop in . Thankyou so much to both of you!

Had been looking forward to coming in store for ages now and wasn’t disappointed ! I didn’t grab the shop assistants name but she was absolutely fabulous and attentive. She made sure I had my sizes and was able to bring me other items I requested. Was a great experience and when I’m back in Newcastle I’ll be sure to drop in again

Went to this store for the first time last weekend and had such a great experience! The sales staff were so lovely and helpful, grabbing different sizes and extra things to try on for both myself and my friend. The clothing was lovely and the store was so organised and easy to navigate. Will definitely shop here again - thanks FAYT!

Honestly can’t wait to save up some money and absolutely SPLURGE and swap out most of my wardrobe for FAYT and Form clothing!

Went in for the new opening today and oh my god, it was stunning, first time ever in a fayt store and the quality of the clothing and customer service is unmatched! Also the store smelt phenomenal, loved everything about fayt🫶

Honestly, best retail experience I've had anywhere. I go in too often. They always have a good mix of sizes stocked on the shelves. The ladies who work there are always kind. I highly recommend this boutique to every one!

This was one of the best experiences in a retail store I have ever had! With so many size options available it made it so comforting to find the right size for me. The staff were so kind and lovely, really went above and beyond to help me find the right sizes and she was so beautiful. This place is really worth the hype!

Every aspect always exceeds my expectations. Always a pleasure visiting Fayt the labels Newcastle Store. The clothing is really fantastic quality. Their FORM active tights are the best gym tights I have ever owned! The assistants are always so friendly and kind. I can always have such a supportive shopping experience with no judgement on my curves. It speaks volumes about the CEO and her message of inclusivity. My review relates to my online purchases. I have had three orders arrive over the last couple of months. So happy with all my purchases and love the fact that Fayt is very size inclusive. I have ordered oversized sweaters and knit sweaters and I love them so much. Very happy with the quality and sizing of the jumpers and was impressed at how quickly they were shipped out to me. The customer service via the online chat was also fast and very helpful. Will certainly be back to buy more and hope to visit the store when I am up in the Newcastle area.

I am a big girl + size and I felt so comfortable in so Many clothes I brought - denim dress - beige puff jumper - black skirt - beige long pants and a clip ! Stunninggg highly recommend. Also staff where lovely 🫶🏻

WOW. I purchased a dress from the online store (Linnea) and not only was it true to sizing, it was super flattering (compliments galore!) and well made in my opinion. That much so, I ordered another colour! Next came the bike shorts (Form Base) which are a great length and again true to the size description. And I've just purchased 2 more dresses! As a curvy woman I love seeing different sized models and and the sizing description is extremely spot on. Have recommended this site to ALL of my girlfriends!

I’ve shopped a few times online with FAYT, however made the trip into the store for the first time the other week and was BLOWN away! The team are SO friendly and helpful, constantly putting new items I picked up in the change room and were always there to change sizes whist I was in the fitting rooms! The quality of their pieces is absolutely amazing and there wasn’t a single piece I couldn’t find my size in, and I’m a size 20! Would recommend FAYT The Store to anyone - even if you’re not from the area it’s 10/10 worth the trip!

Travelled from the coast to the store yesterday to find a birthday outfit, and my lord is it worth the drive... not only is the store super cute and pretty and the clothes are amazing the customer service makes it even better. This was my second time going there and the first time they were amazing but the second time topped it off. They’re all so lovely trying to help and ensure you feel beautiful in their clothes. I ended up spending a lot of money and the young girl ringing it up accidentally put through an item I didn’t buy but I walked back in and they fixed it up easy as pie. They’re so amazing in there. And cannot wait for my birthday to wear these beautiful clothes and can’t wait to make the road trip back up there to see them again!! (Also brittney the owner was super super lovely, and made you feel very welcome) 100% cannot recommend enough.
