Can’t fault this place really. The menu offers something for everyone and it is always presented beautifully. They’re happy to take several payments from diff people to pay a bill at the end so it’s a go to place for me to catch up with friends without fuss paying. I love the food. Extensive menu. Great location too and you can always get a table inside or out.

This restaurant in Hornsby is always busy, so it's recommended to make a reservation in advance. We tried the vegetarian pesto pasta, halloumi bowl, and arancini balls, all of which were delicious. The portions were also quite generous.

Great food, recommend the seafood pasta and poke bowl - flavourful and large portion.
Service was also amazing. We told the waiter that we were tight on time because we had a movie afterwards. He made sure we received our food quickly.

This is a busy place, outside Westfield Hornsby - near the fountain clock. The food was delicious and really nicely presented - restaurant quality. Service was friendly, efficient and with a smile. Prices were reasonable for the high quality of dishes offered. Will definitely go back in the future.

The vegetarian food here is amazing ! We tried the vegetarian pesto and the halumi bowl which was good ! The arincini starter was also really good ! The food was presented really well ! The mocktails were good too ! The service is quite quick and staff are friendly as well ! This place is in the Westfield , so ample of parking available !

We had a great seat for our lunchtime meetup with friends. The staff were so accommodating & friendly. We ended up staying for four hours and were looked after the whole time.

We had a selection of lovely starters, including bread, olives & calamari. Then we moved onto mains, penne pasta with a delicious tomato sauce with just enough chili, seafood pasta & a gorgeous salad. Then on to dessert.. three of us had the Eaton mess, which was huge & delicious. One person had the spiced apple & pecan pudding. All conversation ended as we tucked in.

Four very full people left there very happy I can tell you. Highly recommend.

The food is excellent. The only thing that I felt sad, when I made a booking for my husband birthday, I repeatedly emphasised that the birthday cake will be included as I don’t want to buy and carry a cake to the restaurant but there’s no birthday cake prepared and saved for that day. Kim one of the staff did her best to prepare a cake to the last minute and my problem and their staff negligence have been solved. Thank you so much Kim for making the special day for my husband and to all my guests. Big credit to Blue Water Eatery to have Kim as your staff member.

Just catching up with a friend over BYO wines, at no point did we feel interrupted or disturbed, the evening went very smoothly, food paired well with our wines, and conversation flowed effortlessly. Thank you for being a venue that can provide such opportunities.

I never write reviews, but I couldn’t not after our experience here. The service is top notch — we had a quick early dinner here with our kids on a weeknight and they were so attentive and fast it was terrific. Meals were brought out quickly, and when I had to duck away for a minute the manager Harry took my drink away to keep in the fridge to make sure it was cold when I returned. Nothing was too much trouble and plates were cleared as soon as we’d finished with them. And the food was all really, really good. This place is really well run.

Went for a quick brunch on a Wednesday morning. Prompt and friendly service, accommodating with a pram and fantastic food- we ordered scrambled eggs and toast (loved the generous slab of butter) for the kid, biscoff pancakes and coffee. We are familiar with Will & Co coffee profile so can't go wrong there. We also got a house made raspberry white chocolate muffin to go. Overall, lovely presentation, food and service.

Went for Father's Day breakfast with family. It was a packed Sunday morning, but one of the hosts was able to conjure a table for us. Amazing waffles, Italian scrambled eggs and tacos. Park inside Westfield. Reservations recommended during peak days such as this one.

Shadowed a friend on a date tonight. The staff unintentionally placed me right in the window, from the outside looking in, so I got a perfect view of my friend and her date. The staff were so lovely and the service was amazing, I felt like I was on my own personal date with the two wait-staff who looked after me, they were there when I wanted to order food and kept my table water filled the entire time I was there waiting for her.
And the food was delicious! By the end of it, the waiters showed me the desserts and I couldn’t resist. They even brought down my small chips to a kids chips so I didn’t have to pay the extra dollar, amazing! I gave them an amazing tip for looking after me while I looked after my friend.
She might not have left stuffed, but I sure did! Will be back with my own date just so I can see those beautiful waiters again!

Really enjoyed the food here. So much variety on the menu and so delicious and generous. The waitress was also very accommodating to my dog and provided a water bowl for him and a pup cup! Would definitely come back and try other meals on the menu.

We had a friend’s 50th birthday dinner at Blu on Saturday night. Service was fantastic and the food was amazing!! All the entrees came out hot & fast! Loved the zucchini flowers and holumi & olives!! The calamari & bruschetta were delicious too!! But the mains were also a standout - HUGE rack of ribs, amazing chicken skewers and the big surprise was the seafood taster plate - at least half of us ordered that - yum!!

We live nearby and we’ve never been to this place, as it’s always full. No wonder! The place is amazing! The best eggs benny ever! I also had a mocha, which was delicious. My husband had the hot chocolate and the avo toast.
The place is pleasant and it’s just in front of the fountain in the Westfield mall.
Staff are so nice!
It didn’t take long at all from getting in, ordering food and having it.
And the best part, food. It’s definitely the best part. So yummy and well served.
Also, I love how they use the Turkish bread for the eggs benny. Please don’t change that.

I enjoyed a late breakfast here and have to say my two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our food.
I have never personally heard of Greek eggs but beautiful introduction I had. Lightly fried eggs on a soft bread base, coupled with labneh, feta, olives and hint chilli. Absolutely superb.
Sadly the environment is very noisy so conversation was a little hard.

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch here. We had pre-booked, and it's recommended for a group, as it is quite popular. Understandable though as the food was well presented, very fresh and the portion sizes were impressive. We look forward to dining here again.

The cashier & Barista (Man with a nostril piercing) and (woman with gold earrings) are so accomodating and hospitable. I rocked up with a voucher for a coffee and it doesn’t cover for the order, instead of turning me down, the young man insisted to pay for the short despite my refusal, they took it in the house. 10/10 experience, definitely coming here again :)
