Was hoping to link in with Keiraville surgery after moving into the area but two of the gps told me the practice is closing due to insufficient Medicare rebates. I am lucky to have gound an awesome local gp but sad to see GP practices this badly affected by Medicare.

Twice i tried to book in an initial first appointment to see a doctor at this surgery & twice the receptionists didn't record my details so i turn up for my appointment only to be told i wasn't booked in.

The second time i tried to book in my appointment l even filled out & left a form with my information with the receptionist for them to use, was given a appointment card with the time/date on it & after all of that, they STILL couldn't get it right... Completely Useless

Made us fill out the paper form even though we filled out the same form on their website. And their website says they accept the online form. When asked she said "it's just our policy".

Also not very good with doctors certificates.
