A good many of the folks who regularly cashier this outlet are very lovely and reasonable. I've never had an issue here, I'm not sure what some of these reviews are talking about (or why a cashier's nationality matters)

Sometimes in the middle of the night when the doors need to be unlocked, it can be a few-minute wait outside but 1. I've only had that happen at like, 2, 3, 4 AM, and 2. they've gotta restock at some point

I've had multiple cashiers be very understanding and kind when my card's been declined, or even take down the total by a dollar or two unprompted.
I find that cashiers anywhere are never unfriendly unless you're the one who's impolite first. *shrug*

As for pricing -- you're at 7/11. It's a convenience store. It's there to be convenient and accessible, not cheap. Unfortunate that everything is marked up, but that's no one's fault but the higher-ups lining their pockets.

Has a great variety of quick snacks for the go.

My battery went flat while i was at 7-Eleven West Wollongong, and as I was only going to be out for a few minutes, I hadn't brought my phone. As you can imagine, I was quite frazzled! Jatinder could not have been more helpful- she allowed me to use the phone to call the NRMA and kept checking in with me to make sure I was OK during the long wait, even though she was vey busy in the store. Excellent service. You have a real gem there.

Slushies are ok

Carpark has 10-15 spaces but can still fill up around midday.
