Priceline Pharmacy Newcomb Central

I recently had a high quality electric toothbrush I bought some months ago, fail. Not having the receipt, I went back to the store hoping they might be able to advise. They went to considerable effort, going back through old records to find, print off and supply me with a copy of the receipt and the contact details place to send the failed item. They could not possibly have been more helpful. Much appreciated.

Came here last night to get a script, the pharmacy assistant was so extremely lovely and made my night! My script also took not even 5 minutes, and the shop itself was so clean and shelves were so neat!

There was barely any waiting time, maybe 2 minutes- the young man who looked after me was a lovely friendly chap, not usually in this store but from Melbourne- and he couldn't have been any friendlier or helpful!

I visited Priceline Newcomb today . My daughter had some beauty therapy there recently and was very happy with the service ,she received.
She recommended the same therapist, named Brigitte .
She rang up for me to get an appmt also. They gave me an appmt within 40 mins.
I had the same package of treatments .
I was also very happy with the service and Brigitte was very professional and gentle.
This will be my go to beauty salon in future . Thank you .

Great service and friendly

I have been going here occasionally for several years. Recently I dropped in to get two prescriptions. Was told it would be twenty minutes. Not a problem I have to the supermarket anyway.
Checked time, did my shopping and returned about twenty -five minutes later. Scripts not ready, sit and wait another twenty minutes! Speak to lady who is very polite! They then tell me one is out of stock!
After some negotiating, they tell me I can have half of my prescription from an open box & they will deliver the rest in a few days. A week later it never came, I got what I was owed & I haven't gone back!
The service is terrible, it seems to have changed owners & some staff. The staff are very polite but lack training!
