Just wanted to give a shout out to Amy for her exceptional customer service, professionalism and attention to detail. Amy was able to assist us with our purchases for our bathroom and was more than happy to take the time to spend with us. She listened to what we wanted and also offered her own opinions which helped us greatly.
A great experience at Highgrove Warrawong and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a bathroom product or renovating their bathroom.

I was assisted by Rachel today, and let me tell you. Style, attention to detail and absolutely cared about every inch of my bathroom renovation. Rachel went above and beyond to help me with the entire bathroom. After I placed my order I decided to change something and that was no hassle either. They now have a customer for life! 10/10 experience.

A 4.5 year old bathroom mixer I purchased from HB had a slow leak. As it had a 15 year warranty, I contacted HB. Amy and Rachel made the process of replacing the component so easy. Gentleman at warehouse was also super friendly and helpful. So pleased they stand by their products, even several years later.
