Surely this is one of the best stores in the country! The Team here are always incredibly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They are also always on point with their advice and humour. The new home store is a welcome step up from the precious plaza location showcasing an incredible range. . Jamie is particularly outstanding to deal with going above and beyond. Her product awareness and customer service are first class!

Really helpful, friendly staff. Informed that there would be no problems returning purchase if didn't work - it did so no return necessary. Enormous store with huge stock. Much better than JB's last 2 locations in Warrawong. Worth a visit.

JB Hi-Fi Warrawong is huge, there is square footage galore. It has a massive showroom of all the retail goods you could expect to find in a consumer electronics and accessories store. The range of products in each section is very good, with something for everyone's price range. I enjoy the convenience of buying CD's locally, with a large range of music available it's easy to find your style with genre's well catered for, though sometimes puzzlingly placed. It's difficult to go there and not find something you need, without realising it. I like the place for range and choice.

I went there recently for the Boxing Day sales and it is lovely.

I’ve been to many JB Hifi’s and I must say that this one uses its space really.

The staff are very friendly and will always make sure that customers find what they need.

I had the good fortune to be assisted by Alex with my recent laptop purchase. Despite being more than half my age, he treated me with the utmost respect and answered all my questions in detail and in plain English. His knowledge and insight led me away from what I thought I wanted, to a much better long term option for my needs whilst still in my price range. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Absolutely love this JB HI FI, highly recommend it over the Wollongong store. The staff are much more friendly.

Lots of range of choices they are amazing to price match and they even refunded me the difference the next time we were there without the product when there was a sale on the item i couldn't fault them! However it did take a very long time to find someone to help us.

Bought a hisense tv that was delivered. Turned it on and the screen was damaged. Hisense said it was not covered under warranty. Rang JB HIFI and they replaced the TV straight away. Excellent customer service. 👍 Just don't deal with hisense
