We ordered our food service was good didn't have to wait very long food was cooked properly over all not bad

The food was good and was very busy but it was dinner time but got my food quickly. naomi served me. She was a bit confused, but still tried her best to get the order correct

Thanks to the young friendly staff who gave free juice to my kids bringing them happy.

Lovely staff, great service and the store is very clean. A stark difference to the Shellharbour store outside the Stocklands.

What can I say, another of the colonels finely crafted chicken outlets. It's what you've come to expect, tender chicken, oily fingers and just a good old fashioned American feed. KFC Dapto won't let you down. Colonel I salute you.

The cleanest, friendlest, best KFC I've been to in the country.
The food was great, everything was fresh, the staff were very friendly.
Bathroom was spotless, as was the seating area. Very well run KFC

Tayai done a wonderful job in a busy time, she was calm with customers even though they are just being out right rude. I have a lot of respect for her work ethics. She deserves a raise/promotion.

Would have liked a zinger box of crispy chips. Because of my mistake, it was called meal, and the merchant directly gave a box. Free. Even if the old one is returned to him, he will throw it in the trash.

Hi all, thank you for the great food & also the EXTRA services to do for your customers. Like I ask for no wings so I get no wings. My HUGE praise is that I am able to use drive thru using my Mobility Scooter, which means I am treated as equal.

I really like the staff at kfc. They are always friendly and helpful. The takeaway/ drive-thru has only ever been a positive experience.

One girl has been serving me for last several years and every time I encounter her she is so patient polite & courteous .. only reason iv posted today . After Xmas Eve chaos ..was noticeable difference to usual drive through experience

One of the only KFC's in the Illawarra that you know when you get home, all the things you ordered are correct and in the bag plus when you ask for extra salt on the chips....they actually put extra salt on the chips!!! Definitely recommend.
