A large store situated on the first floor, accessible by lifts and elevator. Sells all the family necessities. They have a laybuy and other payments available. Outside the store there are to large sofas for customers convience. They sell bikes, trampolines, books, shoes, jewellery, clothes for all the family. Manchester including bedding; a large range. Heating, coolers and Christmas gifts and wrapping paper, cards, camping gear and toys for the kids. There is also plenty of car parking. Three levels for the plaza convenience.

Perfect customer service by a young man named Seth. Helped above & beyond as I have a disability. I was getting items I needed to have my husband with me. I was on my own. He even put all my purchases out to the car for me. Great range. Low prices. Used my Rewards card so further discounts 🦄🌈🦋

Big W is a great economical centre with a large supply of all things. Great centre for shopping last minute, xmas,easter, birthdays. The prices are brilliant.

Great centre got everything you need. A bit low on stock after the Xmas rush, otherwise great store.

There's more here than I expected, huge variety of products, clothes, and anything else you would find in a department store. Bargains everywhere, reasonable prices on everything.

Staff were super helpful in trying to find oddly specific items. How quickly staff came over to check if I needed help while I was initially wandering aimlessly was reassuring that they actually keep an eye out for both people who need help, or in the unlikely scenario, people that look shifty/shady.
Have never had a bad experience over the many times I've come here either.
Overall a great store.

We bought a tv on Sunday and spent hours trying to get Netflix to log in and work to no avail.
I returned it today. The ladies at the Service desk were so nice . Obviously enquired why and I explained. They checked everything and I received my refund.
