What a lovely find - the new owners from Persia/Iran took over the cafe last year. They are a lovely family and the cafe has lots of quiet tables in the shady garden behind the cafe, away from the street noise.
There is 4 hours free parking behind the venue - perfect to enjoy superb coffee and a moist, yummy vegan sausage roll as well as lots of other non- vegan offerings ! Highly recommended 🌺👏🙌

I absolutely adore this cafe! I went here with my friends and everything was amazing. The servers were so lovely and very helpful. The authentic Persian food was delightful and separates them from other cafes in the area. The scenery is so beautiful especially sitting out the back 😍. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Recently moved to the area and have been trying out all the different cafes for coffee. Hands down best coffee in the area, didn't have to wait too long at all, and super friendly service and atmosphere (no offence to Thirroul locals but a lot of the cafes around here have "too cool" vibes almost to the point of feeling cliquey - this one was so welcoming in comparison!). Decor is also really cute with a retro / palm springs feel - menu looked decent as well so will definitely be coming back ASAP to try it out.

I had brunch with my wife and I ordered the vegan Stack and boy oh boy was it good or was it good. Well cooked and not smothered in oil. We sat out the back and enjoyed every minute of our meals. Great atmosphere and terrific service. We will be back for sure and certain. Highly recommended.

Have a look at this Smashed Avo. Best on the East Coast.

Friendly service, options for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and gluten free needs, coffee is great and the prices are really reasonable. Food is also really yum, had a vegan muffin which was fluffy and light - hard to do with vegan baking! Such a little gem of a cafe, definitely recommend visiting if you’re down this way and want somewhere to chill with a drink/meal.

The servers are knowledgeable about the menu, offering suggestions and catering to dietary preferences with grace and enthusiasm.

Definitely worth checking out!

I rang the day before a planned catch up with friends to check if a booking was required. The staff member who answered the phone could not have been more friendly and helpful!

When we arrived the next day we were greeted by a very pleasant cafe with indoor and outdoor seating options. The rear of the property has a very comfortable and relaxing alfresco area with more protected seating out front.

We had no trouble finding a table and settled in for a long lazy brunch.

Two Mountains offers an all day breakfast selection and seperate brunch and lunch menus. Both have a good range of options including veg, vegan, sweet and more hearty fare.

The service is walk up to order and coffees and food are delivered to your table. The staff mirrored the great service I experienced on the phone the previous day and were super friendly and helpful.

We ordered coffees to start and the Toby’s Estate beans were skilfully turned into delicious cups of coffee which went down a treat!

We ordered from the brunch menu. I chose the Dukkah Scrambled Eggs. These were cooked perfectly with a creamy texture and Arabic spice that played well off the subtle egg flavour. The cheese that was added was your basic cheddar which I thought was slightly out of place; maybe a Persian feta would have complimented the theme of the dish better, still, it was delicious!

My dining partners ordered the Open Rye and the Vegetarian brekky. The Open Rye consisted of a poached egg, salmon, tomato salsa and capers on rye bread. This dish was presented beautifully and tasted just as good. The poached egg cooked perfectly and the capers and tomato salsa adding some dynamic flavours.

The vegetarian brekky had a great selection of treats able to satisfy even a meat eaters brunch hunger. Another well prepared runny poached egg with sautéed mushrooms, avocado, corn fritter, tomato salsa, wilted spinach and two slices of rye. This was a very satisfying meal.

Overall our dining experience was great! Friendly staff, good coffee, well considered food at a reasonable price and very pleasant atmosphere have Two Mountains earning five stars from our group.

I will definitely be back to sample some more of their delicious food and maybe try the intriguing “old fashioned coffeetini” I saw on the menu but wasn’t game enough to try 😜.

I can't say enough good things about this cafe! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is charming and cozy, creating the perfect ambiance for a relaxing coffee break.

The coffee here is exceptional, and I'm quite the coffee enthusiast. Whether you're into espresso, cappuccinos, or just a classic drip coffee, they've got you covered. The beans are clearly high quality, and the baristas know their craft. It's evident that they take pride in every cup they serve.

Now, let's talk about the food. Their pastries and sandwiches are a delightful accompaniment to the coffee. The croissants are flaky and buttery. I've tried a few, and I'm yet to be disappointed.

What sets this cafe apart, though, is the friendly and attentive staff. They make you feel like a regular, even if it's your first visit. The service here is top-notch, and they always have a smile on their faces.

Overall, this cafe is a hidden gem, and I can't recommend it enough. It's the perfect place to unwind, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a great cup of coffee. I've become a regular here, and I'm sure you'll love it too!

Beautiful food, the wife and I had a beautiful waffle and scrambled egg. My, oh my, did this make my day. Could not recommend enough. And the smoothies, don't get started. God could not make a more divine smoothie than what was appreciated by me in this cafe. Lovely!

Such a cute spot - lovely Persian girl serving at the counter, yummy food, and nice atmosphere. Had no problem with us working there either which was really kind. Recommend the Pina colada smoothie

Truely a hidden gem, beautiful little cafe, food impeccably presented and very tasteful. Chef really knows favour pairings and presents the food superbly. I am not a vegetarian but gravitate towards all the vegetarian and vegan options as they are great healthy options that actually leave you completely satisfied. Even tried the vegan orange poppyseed muffin which was delicious.

From Sea Salt to Table Salt. Wow!! Nigel's food never ceases to amaze. With such a relaxed atmosphere, this cozy cafe is not one to miss. With their two year birthday coming up in May, the cafe is a wonderful little one to visit. After sailing the high seas on tall ships, Nigel has made himself the perfect setting ashore to share his wonderful food

Loved the Blood Orange salad, very filling. Always something interesting on the specials list but plenty of vegetarian favourites on the standard menu too, especially the all day breakfast. I love their adventurous drinks list too - that's a watermelon lime and mint spritzer at right. Even the water is pimped with lime and/or mint, but plain bottles are in the fridge if you prefer. Service has been exceptional over 3 visits now so I am more than happy to recommend it.

We are here because the reviews were so amazing. At first we were sitting there a little chilly wondering if we had made the best choice but when the food hits the table wow. Fresh and delicious. Halloumi burger (those colours were amazing), spicy harissa scramble and vegetarian breakfast with memorable mushies were all faultless and so tasty.

Two Mountains is an awesome cafe. I've had breakfast here a few times. It's basically a wooden shack that operates as a Cafe. It's a very "hip" venue. There are nice views of the nearby escarpment. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and a bathroom. The food quality and service are great. It's a really cool venue, and I definitely recommend it.
