I'm so glad we have a medical centre in our town and a great one at that. Drs very thorough and helpful, nurses and receptionists always greet you and help in anyway they can. Benalla wouldn't be the same without this centre.

Slightly above average clinic. Long waiting time to book in. No bulk billing.

Two stars for clean facilities and OK doctors. No stars as no bill billing but mostly lacks customer service. Receptionists (at least the ones I have talked to) are rude, inpatient, and not friendly at all. Shame shame as Benalla is such a friendly town.

This is not a great practice has questionable business practices I used to attend for 2 years but after an incompetant doctor could not diagnose or would not look at my other issues & after trying other Drs in the practice who were intern Drs from Melb Uni doing a country practice module(s) which u r not told so have a revolving door of Drs that after 6 months just say I am leaving.
I eventually went back to my old Dr in Melb very distressed.
I rang the other day for an over 65 Flu shot advised would not be able to do at all as I am no longer a patient..This practice would have to be the most non caring in Benalla not a great experience
