BIG W Parabanks

I purchased online and was able to collect next day. I was greeted with a lovely staff member, he was polite and prompt to find my parcel. Once again living in the north, I've had so many nice people assist me with anything I buy. Great prices and selections on many items as well.

Definitely one of the better (if not the best!) Big W's in SA. Their attention to customer care is fantastic and the range of products is great! You can see it in other shoppers , their smiles and willingness to say "hi😊" Definitely a pleasure to shop here. Don't believe me? Give them a try for yourself 😊

I like to shop online at this store. If it doesn't have what I need, they find it for me, so I don't have to travel from store to store to find it, and it gets delivered to my door. Big win for me!

Just as good as Elizabeth BigW. The staff are friendly and helpful, you can find things easily and pretty much have stock available that you want, they keep a good amount of stock of the specials they have.

Had what we wanted, where three other stores did not. They had the incorrect codes on them.

I am so happy with the staff at Big W Parabanks who are so helpful and consistently provide courteous, respectful service. Today, I wish to acknowledge Bradley who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my bike builds were perfect. Bradley to date has sold me 4 bicycles over the last 3 weeks. He demonstrated thorough product knowledge and organised my bike builds. I had a little problem with one of the bikes and he sorted it out without fuss. Honestly, what an outstanding young man of good character. This young man is leadership material and a future store manager in the making. He is to be highly commended for outstanding customer service. Thank you Bradley!
