Subway attendant had no hat or hair covering, no name badge.... was impolite opening with 'what do you want?', applied the salads sparingly like he was a failing owner, rolled my wrap poorly then slapped it in the grill loosely then after finishing the paper wrap slapped it on the counter without serviettes and lazily groaned 'have a good night'.

Next time I'll wait for another attendant.

At night time just one worker is working who is working on fuel side and subway as well which is totally waste of time because I was waiting on fuel to fill and pay and I have to wait15 mins for it which is totally not acceptable on OTR specially

Disrespectful customer service by the lady in the morning. Bit of Racist type no hello hai straight away said yeah what if I haven't did fill up the fuel I have just walked away from door she thinks she whose the service station if you can't work sit at home don't work you are giving the burden to you head better go sleep and have rest. You don't deserve the position you are on might get someone else o that job.

I filled up the work truck then I got told the EFTPOS machine wasn't working when I went inside. i had to wait for an hour for the bloody EFTPOS machine to work again, I missed out on one hours pay. there could have been advanced warning insted of waisting my time

Whoever was working there overnight on the 27th refused to let me use the toilet whilst I was absolutely desperate and as polite as possible and I just think its pretty pathetic to be honest.
