Called in last week for 3 specific CDs, they didn't have them but staff checked on line and found 2 at Elizabeth, he then rang the Elizabeth store and asked them to hold onto them for me, which they did, the 3rd CD wasn't in stock at any store but I was able to order online through the JBHifi website, very helpful 😀

store today and purchased a TV. Luke was my friendly, thoughtful and professional sales expert. It was an enjoyable and stress free experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They had plenty of stock and had what I was shopping for. Pop in and see their great deals on store, highly recommended.
Wheelchair accessible, disability parking and a decent amount of other parking spaces also. Just across the road from tea tree plaza so you can always pop in on the way there or home.

Went shopping with my son to buy 2 TV’s for his house. Shout out to Jay who was so helpful informing us on the TV choices. He had exceptional knowledge of the products and would highly recommend seeking him out if you need a new TV.

Smaller JB Hi-fi, but still good. All the staff are friendly and helpful. bought a new phone from here, he told me once about their own plans and I told him no thanks, and that was it no hard selling or trying to get me to sign up over and over. Which I appreciated. JB always have competitive prices and decent sales. We get a lot of our tech from here 😀😀😀

Went in to purchase a pair of earbuds with my misso. The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable, helped us out with every little detail plus more. Could not have been happier to enter the store and speak with that fellow. Great customer service from him.

One of our favourite stores to get our Hi-Fi from. But what makes it even better is Luke's customer service. If you're heading into this store, Luke is your guy! He is very knowledgeable and will find you the best deals.

After dealing with TCL for 5 weeks, was given the go ahead for a warranty swap over. Sam, Joe and the team worked well to get us in and out as quickly as possible.
