Bunnings Parafield

Things are orderly, clean, and easy to locate (we did a store scavenger hunt, and it was easy and logical). Also lots of variety of anything we could need to do minor home repairs or for the garden. Can't comment on the tradies area but looks ok sized. But the cafe and kids areas are the best! Kids Fun Pack for $5.50 was totally worth it, and their iced choc (sooooo chocolatey) had ice cream and cream! And caters for my lactose intorelance, and then some! Well done, Bunnings Parafield!

Huge place and easy to get around.
Have used the e-waste to drop off an old TV out front.
Great service when you can get someone who is free to help as it's very busy there.
I use the online site to look for a product and check the aisle/bay it's located in for this store.
Saves asking someone.

This is a great place to shop and even though it can be a tad difficult to actually find a store assistant to give you a hand sometimes; when you find someone they are all very helpful indeed. The lady in the paint shop (I think her name is Linda) helped me to select the right type of paint and tools when I had to paint my house. This place is great and I still have not had the sausage sizzle! 👍👍👍👍👍

Can't recommend seeing Nathan in paint enough ! He was amazing! I changed my mind a million times and he was incredibly patient with me and is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to painting your home. Over all the parafields Bunnings is great and the customer service is outstanding ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What can I say. The number one Bunnings store around. The Spanish guy who greats you is an absolute asset to the company. Wish all the staff are as happy as he is.
Easy to find stuff but a nightmare to leave without having to buy something.

Carmen in tools went way above and beyond to help a couple of seniors that were totally confused with the Ryobi warranty process.
She stayed calm and served other customers while still helping us. A true legend. Thank you so much Carmen. A bonus or a pay rise is required calm

The chappette who was the yard boss was super helpful and the staff , her minions , were excellent ; going that extra .

Friendliest Bunnings staff can be found here. I wanted a grass trimmer and it was all over. They went the extra mile and found me a stock. And their sizzle is well organized. I will visit them again for their wonderful service. Ample parking available

Huge, great selection, they have pretty much everything you need or could want. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's laid out really well. Plenty of parking. Access to Main North road is a bit of a pain though. And sometimes they don't have enough staff on the registers, but that's minor.

Excellent bunnings store very big and obviously many products, staff are friendly and helpful took a little while to get some timber cut but not really a big deal they are in middle of a renovation at that end so guys were a bit busy.

Disappointing took me awhile to find what I was looking for every time I went to ask for assistance they run off, what happened to friendly service.

After going to 2 other locations and not finding what we needed we were finally helped by Pete who located our wanted item and got the ladder to get it down, all with a smile and great attitude, thanks Pete 😄

I love that our pets can come on the home improvement journey with us. Sometimes it’s hard to find staff to help, but today we had no trouble and had two staff even walk up to us and ask if we needed anything! Amazing!!

Customer Service. Christina provided me over the phone with a cheerful and very responsive service. Honest with her actual amount of experience in the area of toilet suites (2 months) but for those questions she was unsure of she effortlessly sort help elsewhere. Overall very helpful.
