Service and quality was a little shaky when it first opened (teething problems) as other reviews reflect. However the staff appear to have really hit their stride. The service is now quick and cheerful, the coffee is 10/10. This OTR has quickly become an important part of our community and the staff deserve this 5 star review.

Great service, came because I got free vouchers in the mail. Unfortunately lost a star because the coffee was only redeemable for Cappucino - not latte or Chai... didn't state this on the voucher at all- just said one standard coffee. Service was fantastic though.
