Nick and Eddy have beautiful manners and hard working, if I was the manager I would give them a raise and even managerial position.

Extremely well stocked always good variety and not many out of stocks on the shelves. Good size store

Easy to get around wide aisles, good signage to show where products are, the check out staff are friendly, and pack your bags well.

Easy access and have plenty of variety food and what you need for your home needs

The new one opened in 2017 is clean and easy to find what you need. Decent selection, and the bakery is good. Never had a problem with this place and can generally be in and out in under 15 mins on the way home.

We were served by Mel yesterday i.e. 11th August 2023 at around 8:30 pm at the 12 items or less counter and I have to say that she was the nicest person we have encountered at checkout. She was patient, diligent and packed our groceries with the utmost care. I had to give a big shout out to her and the coles parabanks store for this great level of service and customer care and would request management to also extend our appreciation and regards to Mel. Five stars all the way!

Clean and very well organised. Staff were super friendly

I like shopping at this Cole. They have a lot of stuff to choose from and the aisles were nice and full. The staff were friendly and helped me out when I needed it. The parking lot is a bit of a hassle but it's not terrible. I liked the Click & Collect option, it was quick and easy and I always found a spot to park to pick up my grocery bags.

I was able to find a product (Nutolene) that is otherwise impossible to get anymore.

Still has a good Vegan S section...If I had friends I would show them...But I'm vegan and have no friends :(

Expensive, could use a facelift. Well stocked. Not my choice. It's okay if you have no other option.

The attendant at 12 items or less was very friendly and happy to put through my 1 bag of groceries although a tad over 12 items, thank you. Then to top it all off she came running after me cause I left my mobile on the counter. I didn't get your name but many thanks to you and the honest customer after me.
