You know those days where you feel like nothing looks good on you and you don’t like anything you try on?
That was my shopping experience last weekend, until I ran into Tara at Zoo Castle Towers.
She is the most sweet, kind hearted individual who took the time and care to help me find something for an event. I walked out with two dresses I loved, and felt even more confident wearing them on the night. I can’t thank Tara enough for helping me that day. She is so sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond for me; and I hope this review makes her day, and gives her the recognition she definitely deserves! Thank you Tara xx

This place has lovely clothing for women, but unfortunately has horrible return policies. So buyer beware. 7 day exchanges only, no exchanges or returns on sale items. Be careful. I had to negotiate to get myself an exchange for a dress that I couldn't breathe in. I'm giving this place 2 stars because after lots of persuading I was able to get it exchanged.

I like the clothes but the staff are rude and have an arrogant attitude for no reason - very strange

My 12 year old daughter was so excited to shop for her 13th birthday today. She was served at 4:00pm today by a young lady who sold her jeans and when she went back within 10 minutes to refund her jeans she was advised by the store assistant that they dont do refunds. I called to ask her to send me the refund policy and she advised me thats not her job to do and she wont be doing. She told me not to send my under age daughter into the store again without a parent. She then proceeded to call my 12 year old daughter a little Effing Bi@#h. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Absolutely disgusting. I did not receive the refund policy. Don't shop at this store.

Upsetting experience. Wasn’t made aware of 7 day exchange policy when purchasing. My event was cancelled due to covid and with a heavy work schedule I was unable to bring it back in the 7 days - which is bit tight when all stores have 14-30 days. Brought back on 11th day as it was my only day off since, refused exchange. Not happy at all as I won’t be able to wear the dress again so waste of money due to no leniency

Ordered a dress online, got it and it was way to small and not for me. Emailed 3 times to ask to return it and get a refund. Haven’t had a reply. I will be trying to call the store as I don’t live in that state, but by the reviews I have no hope because it sounds like a very bad shop with bad staff. Will probably have to try now to use my time to try sell it.
Very disappointed, first time shopping here and it’ll be my last too.

Store is always empty & for good reason. Staff are very rude and judgmental. Felt silently judged to the max and caught a couple of rude glances from both girls working. Walked in to browse and the girl working didn’t acknowledge me even though I was the only person in the store. Clothing is beautiful and uniquely designed however the staff are a letdown. No help in finding the change rooms or help with sizing even though the workers were standing around at the desk. Even when I was buying clothing the worker was far from friendly, had a strangely arrogant attitude. This review is for the Macquarie centre store which doesn’t appear on google however reading other reviews, seems like the brand is consistent in poor customer service.

Very poor service at castle towers zoo clothing. The manager by the name Rachel was extremely rude and refused to exchange an item that I bought online on the premise that it had been over seven days since I bought the item online. She didn’t understand that the date the item was bought and delivered to my house were two different dates. I had only received the item five days ago which was well under the seven day policy. Her reply was “I don’t shop online”. She also said that the items that are available online are not in stock in the store hence why she could not exchange my item. She asked me to email the company which I did and they immediately said that I could exchange it at the nearest zoo clothing store which is what any big brand clothing store like Zara, forever new, Portmans all do. I didn’t understand why she refused me and caused me so much inconvenience when it was her job to know the company’s refund policy. I am extremely disappointed in their service and have never had an experience like this with any other zoo clothing store I’ve been too

Came in today to ask if there is any further discount on a scarf as it was the last one. The girl working there named “Arna“, who looked about 16 was beyond rude and disgusting in behaviour. Her response was, “well it’s only $19 anyways”, she proceeded to mock my words and would do finger quotes after whatever I said. Do NOT shop from here! I will even encourage other friends and families not to do so either

Bought a jumper and needed to return it but I didn't get any response from anyone so it's too late now and have to keep it, $50 wasted
