BIG W Woden

Received the 1st order I made well before the delivery date given - just need the 2nd order to arrive on time or earlier & I will be very happy shopper - great job!

Visiting from the U.K. and this is a great store selling so many toys, confectionery, toiletries, electrical, stationery, clothing, books, household products and so much more. Priced reasonably.....

It's still the good old store it used to be. Sure it needs a refurb but it's still a big store with a lot of variety. Staff are very helpful

I really loved returning trolleys to Big W, after other people dumped them in wrong spots.

Has everything you might need related to personal items and household. Not great for high end electronic equipment.

So impressed with the customer service at the Service Desk. A staff member actually showed me where an item was. Thank you!

This Big W has a huge range,much better than civic and even Tuggeranong.They have a large selection of kids clothes.l always go there when shopping clothes for my grandkids.

This shop has been at this location for ever and I guess there is s reason why. Good selection of basic clothing, toys etc. I prefer it to other similar stores. Good prices.

They have gone above n beyond by getting big versions of my favourite lollies ever, $12 For a Bag Of Sour Coke Bottles, plus they do Big Bags of Sour Worms n Sour Watermelon lollies,

Service desk ladies extremely helpful. One in particular dropped everything to find some shoes that were ordered on line and size requested were not on shelf. Name something like Illy. She needs a pat on the back from management as she is truly an asset to Big W and her customer service is exceptional.
Man on front door also very friendly. Staff there are a credit to the Woden Store. Thank you.

The fellow on the door that does the welcome at this store is amazing. Always friendly, happy, welcoming and helpful when needed.

Well full honesty, I am an employee here, but I was a shopper way before.

Great store (biggest in ACT), we recently had our phoenix reshuffle of the store and it looks fantastic!
(A bit on the nose I know, the store didn't burn down or anything, hahaha)

Then theres the lovely staff. I've worked a lot of retail jobs and the people are super nice at this store. Very caring.

Generally if we can't help you find it in our store, we can and will go out of our way to get it at another store for you.

Big W was awesome as always, the EB games apparently closed down but they had what I wanted AND it was at a discounted price, Phil was also very nice when I was buying it!

Love the place for regular shopping. Gentleman at the entrance is cheerful and kind.

However the lady at the checkout seems to know nothing about goods and warranty. All she had for an answer was, "I don't know, we only give docket." when I bought some smart bulb.

Overall excellent customer service and I really liked the warm welcome when you enter the store. It started the shopping experience on a happier note. There's also a wide variety of goods to chose from. Highly recommend you check this place out

Ordered stuff online and paper towels wasn't included even though it was paid for. Got a refund and they let me pick an extra pack for free. Very happy.

Went in to buy balloons for friend's birthday. I didn't know what I was doing but young lady was helpful, patient and efficient. Got a good value balloon bouquet, in less than 10 minutes, that my friend really liked.
