I came there with my friend to buy gifts for my family and a staff member named Mazar provided us great service and helped us thoroughly. He showed us all options possible and was very patient with us as we spent hours in there to choose! Very impressed by his knowledge and nice and friendly service with a smile and very prompt.

I was served by Adrita and she was so helpful and full of knowledge about the items I was interested in. Adrita also offered me a great price which I could not refuse! Thank you Adrita!

Great quality jewelry but unfortunately there was a lady who was quite rude to me over the phone when I called to inquire about my ring that was being resized (I was told 7-10 days and I was calling on the 10th day as I hadn't heard from them). The entire conversation went Me"Hi there, just following up on my ring that was sent away to be resized"... Jeweler "Have we called you yet to tell you it is in?" Me "No, but it has been..." Jeweler "Then we haven't got it back, thanks bye" and she hung up. I called the next day and spoke to another lady who told me it would still be approx 7 days left to wait...
