Commonwealth Bank Woden Branch

I have been to this branch several times and very pleased with the customer services. The tellers are alway very friendly, patient and smile a lot. Twice I was served by a staff member called Kunal. Pls excuse if I spelt in incorrectly. He helped me with my travel insurance and also with a withdrawal. Very patient and very helpful with a very pleasant demeanour. Thank you from a very satisfied long term customer.

Had a really good experience all the time I was there. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, provided us with the service that we were after. Though there's a bit of a wait if it's busy, but it's not their fault.

I opened my first Australian bank account here. A lady with a broad beautiful smile attends everyone who’s in the queue and tells us what to get ready and where to go. I was greeted by one of those and once I was there, it didn’t take long for me to open my account and understand how the basics of how the banking is done in Australia.

First Australian Bank account and Daiyan made it the trip to the Branch worthwhile. Very nice Service and very professional.

Just your usual commbank branch with nice staff who are always there to help with your banking infidelities or if you want to deposit some extra cash into your bank account. And speaking of depositing, you can deposit notes here

Teller service needs to improve. There is a line out the door and only one teller serving customers.
