Incredible lookout over the Macleay Valley. Views to the mountains in the West to the Macleay River as it flows through the town of Kempsey on its journey east to the coastal sea.
The Blue Tree Project has a blue tree here. An enormous blue tree is painted on the outside of a huge old water tank storage reservoir (now empty and no longer in use). The huge mural is courtesy of a local community organisation, "Baylin's Gift". You can also see a large colourful painted frog (the Baylin's Gift frog - the Charity logo) and a huge waterfall bursting out on the other side of the water tank. Visitors are invited to leave kind words in the spaces on the leaves of the blue tree pertinent to the Blue Tree Project ethos.
An incredible lookout over the beautiful Macleay Valley and Macleay River.
A park you can picnic at with a small children's playground area.
A park that also includes the artwork of Kempsey's Blue Tree Project mural.
Definitely worth stopping at if you live in, or are travelling through, the town of Kempsey.

5 stars when they build a public toilet / wash area available for visitors to the park.
