Waterview Motel

We've stayed at the motel as a family and really enjoyed the experience! Staff are lovely, easy to communicate with. The pool and bbq area looks good, it's been cold when we've visited so we'll visit again when it's warmer to try out the pool! Looking forward to it! Would certainly recommend!!

I stayed two short nights for work on separate weeks, and found the rooms spotless and meeting all functional and comfort needs. The staff were so helpful too and accommodating! Thank you for the stay.

Had a little bit of trouble with the booking at first. But that was because I was trying to find a room at 9:00pm for the night. However, Jeremy soon helped me out.
Nice and quiet. Comfy beds and great service. I highly recommend The Waterview Motel and would happily stay there again.

Just dropped in. No Booking, . Very clean and comfortable. Larger towns could take a lesson from this Motel in providing a service ,even reasonable priced soft drinks and juice in the fridge . Room 8 was exceptional with my own little outdoor area with table and chairs and a couch.
Owner very accomodating. An osculating wall fan, for those who do not like air conditioning.
Reasonably priced and cheaper I feel if book direct or just drop in. Other than going through the Internet Booking Apps. Highly recommended. Short walk to town for a meal at the Pub.

We all stayed here on a golf trip some weeks ago and it was a great place to stay. Perfect location. Amazing a friendly staff, thay even made all the boys a beautiful breakfast in the morning. The room was nice and clean and staff always there to see if we needed anything. Awsome place to stay if your going this way. Everyone was just so helpful and was a delight to stay the night here

Great motel with warm friendly staff, lovely sitting on the balcony, enjoying a drink & meal overlooking the mighty Clarence river.
Enjoyed our Barbecue & when we come back to Maclean we will head straight to Riverview again. Happy lovely singing from one staff member ( Louise ? ) was a bonus . 🎶🎶🎶🎶😊😊

Lovely spot and excellent for all our various families down for a wedding. Clean and tidy rooms. Everything you needed was provided or gotten for you. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We will return.

Stayed overnight last week & cannot fault it. Very reasonable price, comfortable, clean & with little extras in the room. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again.

We arrived without a booking, and were greeted with organised friendly staff. Our room was spacious, very clean and the bed comfy. A short stroll along the river and we had options for dinner.

Excellent service, with clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed with our immediate and extended families for a few days. Jeremy, Bernice and Joy were friendly, gracious hosts.

Stayed there a couple of weeks ago fantastic clean big room welcoming owners nothing was to much to ask for extremely helpful beautiful town by the Clarence River 19 minutes off the pacific highway great price well worth it will definitely stay again thanks waterview Peter

Just what was needed for an overnight stop. Modernised, clean rooms in a good location. Friendly and helpful owner.

You can just tell that the staff really care about this great little hotel - everything was so well maintained and clean. Very comfy beds, not too hard, not too soft. Great pool for the kids and having the noodles on hand for the little ones was really good. In room breakfast was sooooooooo tasty and really hot - something so few hotels manage.

A comfortable overnight stay with a fantastic view of the river. I’ve heard from word of mouth that the family are fantastic, and the rooms were well kept.
It is worth driving an extra hour past Coffs Harbour for this. Maclean town is amazing and has all the amenities you need without the chaos of tourists.

Lovely room with comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean good size. The grounds are very pretty and wonderfully peaceful with benches and chairs to sit and read or chat. Well cooked and hot breakfasts to room worth the bit extra. Hosts Andrew and Anne are friendly, and helpful. Very nice people. Planning a returner soon.

This is one of the best motels we've stayed at, much better than the big expensive city places.
The room we stayed in was very well appointed, it's an older motel but so clean and so comfortable.
Great beds, great shower, great location.
The towels were amazing !!

I stayed there a couple of nights whilst I was travelling for work, Yes the place is older but it is very clean, rooms have been refurbished and it is comfortable, the bed was excellent, got a great nights sleep, friendly staff, nothing more you could want.
Will be going back.

Love this little motel, lovely renovated clean and inviting with air-conditioning and fan, bonus for also being an eco friendly stay.
Glad we found this little gem for our stopover for the night. Reception also helpful for local eats.
