The whole staff at this practice are very friendly and helpful.
I cant understand how some people say their rude as I have never had a issue with any of them.
Yes sometimes they run a little late but show me a specialist who doesn't

Everything ok

I don't like criticizing the medical people after what they have done this last few years. But I must relate to what happened to my wife recently, she had a heart monitor fitted and went to have it removed, the lady technician was very abrupt to my wife ( she is 80 yrs old) my wife explained that she had pain in her arm and shoulder but was totally ignored. After 45min. she came out in a very distressed state! It turned out she had a tear in her shoulder and a week of agony before she could get any relief. I sent a letter to the company but have had no reply.

My carer had an appointment with them and was 5 minutes late. She was treated like an idiot. Told by receptionist that they do she would have to book another one which she did... next appointment a week later she arrived 5 minutes early only to have to wait 2 hours ....when told last time that they do a patient every 15 minutes .....

I had an appointment at 08.15 for a stress test, after having to take time off work. NO access to the building, after asking other workers arriving to the building if they could swipe me up, they declined and said the lift would open at 08.30. I tried 4 times to ring the office, but the recording stating office hours are from 08.30. When I finally was able to get access at 08.30. I was told they were expecting me at 08.15, I would have to come later. All the office girls told me I wasn't waiting when they arrived. WHICH I WAS. Briefly went to the toilet. Would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. WHAT HAPPENED TO MAYBE THEY MAY NOT HAVE SEEN ME WAITING OUTSIDE. INSTEAD OF BEING MY FAULT I COULDN'T GET ACCESS TO THE OFFICE.

The practice manager here would have to be the rudest health ‘professional’ I have ever dealt with. What an extremely unpleasant experience having to deal with her.
