Loved the food 😋.
mix grill platter was really good.
Couldn't try their Karahi as we need to wait for so long .
boneless Handi was tasty.
Plain naan were so fresh and authentic Pakistani style.
cheese naan was good, but" it's taste like more buttery than cheesy."That's what my 8yo daughter said, lol.. There was too much butter on that.
Karak chae was too good.
Overall, it was a good experience. ambience was great
service was great.
I definitely will go again and recommend it to others 🙂.
Good luck.

Restaurant overview
Greeted by the staff at the entrance.

Really cool ambience.

Kitchen
Everything is cooked fresh and just next to you (which gives peace of mind and makes you a bit more hungry).

Parking
Ample parking (no need to park in front of restaurant, better drive to the parking lot), which is free.

Price
Normal. Not too high not low but lower compared with the food quality. Please keep a budget of $30 per person (can be managed in lower amount but we wanted to try multiple dishes).

Dishes we ordered:
Mutton Karahi
Mixed grill
Sajji
Haleem
Chicken kebab
Naan
Chai
Khheer
Ghulab Jaman

My Choice (must try).
Sajji
Mutton Karahi
Chai
Khheer
Ghulab Jaman

Customer service
Too good. Everyone welcomes you and so polite

NOTE
If you want fresh food to be cooked, expect waiting time. This is not KFC or Maccas so will take time to cook food as it takes time to cook food at home.

A good addition and a much needed one to the south side food scene. Food tastes authentic. Have tried the following so far:

- Mutton Karai (Full serve) 10/10
- Paneer karai 10/10
- Palak Paneer 10/10
- 2 different daals (can't recall the names) 10/10
- Chicken Sajji 5/10
- Chicken Malai boti 6/10
- Chai 9/10
- Gulab Jamun 7/10
- Variety of rotis 10/10

Doing well for a new establishment and wish them success with this venue!

My recommendation to the management would be:

- Have professionaly designed menus.

- Reduce time taken for Mutton karai. Currently takes at least 1 hour. Understand it is made from scratch but definitely can have certain elements of the dish prepared ahead.

- Chicken sajji and malai boti could've been a tad moist. If that's the way they are supposed to be - fair enough. The presentation of these dishes needs improvement.

- Gulab jamun: $7 for 2 bite size jamuns is steep. Perhaps 3 would be nice.

Will be back!

Excellent customer service. Sofia, the lady at the front desk is a keeper, she is very helpful and cooperative. The kitchen is very clean. Food is fresh and tasty. Excellent breakfast (nihari with kulcha us to die for). My only complaint is the cleanliness of the public toilets.

Really delicious food and full of flavour. A must try for anyone who enjoys new cuisines. The restaurant is really beautiful and has comfy seating. Caters for large groups too. The only room for improvement would be the service but the food definitely makes up for it tenfold!

If you want authentic Pakistani food this is the best place to eat in Qld. Absolutely amazing. Great ambience and good service. I have posted a picture of what was served to us. Great portion sizes can’t understand previous comments as they haven’t posted any pictures, could be the competition. 😂🤣😂

I have been been going to the restaurant on a regular basis since it was opened. I understand that the ambiance and decor of the restaurant is very nice. The airconditioning needs to be upgraded for better cooling in the summer. Having said that, I endorse that the staff of the restaurant portrays the professionalism and exhibits the best quality service. I like to acknowledge that Mannu Kaur is well equipped with standardized customer service and the remaining staff as well

We had a lovely experience a couple of weeks ago when we diner at Virsa. Handi chicken was star. Naan platter was amazing. We chose cheesy naans and potato naan. Sweet lassi was one of the best I have ever tasted so far. However, paneer tikka was bit too spicy for us. Very good service. We will definitely visit again.
