Incompetent. The drama from my last years return resulted in fines, then told there wasn't one, then told there was and then told there wasn't. ATO was also dreadful, even telling me they couldn't stop the threatening letters and told me to ignore them- took 8 weeks to get my money back.Went into receivership, now in Noosa but offering tax appointments in Woden. Filed my tax returns in wrong order, which resulted in many months of long phone calls with ATO. Have had my tax done by John for many many years. Never again!
