Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Ipswich

Picked up my new car and got bridgestone to overlook it for any faults. They sent through very detailed videos on what they found and what they quoted for. I needed 4 new tyres and Paul advised on what would suit my car best. I ended up getting some bridgestone potenza sports. Communication and ease of the whole Bridgestone experience was next level. Well done to the whole team at North Ipswich your services were impressive, will be only dealing with Paul from here on out 👌

Paul and the team at Bridgestone North Ipswich have been wonderful to deal with. They are kind, super informative and just in general make you feel comfortable about bringing your vehicle to them (I know other young women like me will understand the anxiety surrounding taking your car somewhere to have work done on it!). So thank you to you all, I appreciate the service you provided to me. They had my car finished and ready to pick within 1.5 hours, and further to that, the bonus of the safety check video was the cherry on top! I will be bringing my car back in future for any servicing or tyre needs. :)

We had our four tyres replaced on our Honda CRV at Bridgestone Ipswich recently. Paul on the front counter was very attentive and when there was a slight delay due to hiccups with two other vehicles Paul explained the delay and apologised. Great tyres, great price and great service.

Firstly I am from the sunshine coast and I have been getting my carz serviced using Bridgestone for yearz now I have recently come down to the Ipswich area and my car started to become a bit sluggish so I contacted Bridgestone Ipswich to find out the cause of this issue, these guys are awesome and I highly recommend getting your car serviced and or checked using Bridgestone Ipswich, they advised me of a lot of problems that I waz already aware of, they where honest with what I waz told so please use Bridgestone Ipswich u won't be disappointed.

Took my pride and joy in for a wheel alignment and wheel check before heading off on a road trip. Super impressed with the honesty of these guys. They could have easily talked me into not only the wheel alignment but rotate + balance to get maximum $$ out of me but they didn’t. They did just the alignment and recommended I go back for the rotate + balance after the road trip. Honesty is a massive issue among the automotive industry, especially for female customers so I really appreciate knowing these guys aren’t in it to rip people off.

Paul, Will and Arron the team at North Ipswich were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great job. Went in for a wheel alignment and was told that I had a collapsed wheel bearing. They were 2 staff members down but got the part ordered straight away, and had the job done a little over 3 hours since first taking it in.
Great communication, they send you a video showing what is wrong with your car and what will need attention very soon, as well as keeping you updated on how long they will be. I’ll be back in. Thanks guys.

The service was great.They had to check my car,rotate my tyres and I had them balanced and aligned as well.Safe for my holiday.Definetly will go back.Great for mechanical repairs as well.

All the staff at Bridgestone are great people. They are easy to talk to, explain things clearly and you can have a laugh with them. They are thorough and meticulous in their work and are reasonably priced.

Had a nightmare of a time getting my car fixed and was bounced from mechanic to mechanic with little to no help or answers. I popped into bridgestone and spoke to Zaine, he went out of the way to sort me out and actually listened and fixed the issue I was having for months. Thanks Zaine and Team.

I experienced a flat yesterday, had no spare but had booked in for next Monday. Called Heath at 3pm yesterday told him my dilemna of being stranded and asked if they could squeeze me in to get my new tyres fitted a week ahead of my planning. He very kindly obliged.
