I purchased a Pullman vacuum cleaner today which I am very happy with but I want to thank the young man who put it together for me before I left the shop.
I really appreciated it as not very good in that department and nothing was too much trouble.

Went in for a new vacuum and walked out feeling more than satisfied with my experience. The lady behind the counter Catherine was so kind and helpful, she guided me in the right direction and was very knowledgeable of her range of products. After giving me a full demonstration, I was extremely confident in my new vacuum. Her customer service was exceptional, and I felt very looked after and not pressured into buying something I didn't want or need.
If you're looking to get a new vacuum, I highly recommend you visit Godfrey's Tamworth and speak with Catherine!

After purchasing a carpet cleaner which wasn't effective on my high pile carpet, I rang Tamworth store. Melissa was very helpful said to bring machine back to store to check over. Was greeted by Mathew the following day who was also very helpful swapping to another cleaner. Mathew was also very knowledgeable although hasn't been at the store very long. I explained my concern as I went to a Godfrey's store years ago and was talked into purchasing a vacuum to which turned out to be a bad experience. Mathew listened to my concern and was very professional. There was no "pushy" sales pitch today, in fact I have never had such great customer service. I then ended up walking out spending $150 more on another cleaner also purchasing a vacuum for $600. Why? Not that I really needed it, but after Mathew explained and showed me what these machines can do and letting me decide, not being "talked" in to buying I was very impressed with the service. Items were also carried to my car. Such a friendly, knowledgeable young man who loves and is great at his job. A real asset to Godfrey's Tamworth. Thanks again Mathew.

Absolutely top service! They had the item we needed ready for collection at the counter with super friendly staff on arrival. After a bad experience at another appliance store it was so refreshing to get such great customer service and most importantly we got a great product at a fantastic price. Highly Recommend.

I received great customer service and assistance whilst purchasing vacuums. The person that was selling me the products had first hand knowledge of the machines (due to owning them herself), and also demonstrated in the store.

I'm loving Godfrey's Tamworth. The staff really know their stuff and don't try to just SELL me something but listened to what I needed a vac to do for me and ensured I got the right one for me. Just have to express my total delight with my new vacuum from Tamworth Godfrey's. Paul was knowledgeable and helpful and gave us, excellent service. We got an expensive Vorwerk vacuum cleaner but it beats everything we have had previously. Dyson vacuum deteriorated quickly as did other brands we tried so we've already bought the equivalent of a Vorwerk over past few, years.
This one is the bomb!! I hardly recognise my floors and the couch is cream coloured again!! All the accessories are amazing.. Soft feather duster works well on delicate items/paintings etc
