We where just walking past and went in, first of all the music playing was great, Christmas songs with a difference, lots of things to look at.
The staff are excellent, very good customer service it was like meeting a friend.

Terrible service. Took a pair of pants in because they were faulty. Didn't feel I needed to keep my receipt because I tried them on in store and they fit perfectly. If you are going to sell a product stand by it and look after your customers if the garment is faulty. Will recommend no one shop here. Disappointed. I paid by a voucher from a friend for my birthday. Why would I take a faulty garment into your store if it was purchased somewhere else

Bought a beautiful top for a wedding that was coming up in October 2023 then found out someone else had bought the same top. Hoping for a credit note but as I had bought it 28/7/23 & I asked to return it on the 18/8/23 the lady said it way past the return date which is 14 days. I can understand it was a week past their T’s&C’s but at least I would of bought something else from them. Now I’ll NEVER buy anything from them again.
