Wow!! Actual fantastic customer service!! I was attempting an online order but payment wouldn't work, it just kept buffering.
So I called, expecting an automated menu but surprisingly I got a person!!! Within 5 minutes Connor had sorted the right part for me as i almost ordered the wrong model, and had an estimated arrival date which is in 6 days.... and the part was about $60 cheaper than other sites, a genuine toyota part. Very happy with the efficient and friendly service. Obviously Connor is an asset to the business and cares about the customer as his service is unmatched! Thank you very much..... I will be using carparts2U for my next parts!

Easy people to deal with. Quick to respond and clear communication throughout the process. Prices were very reasonable. Freight was pricey. All round great people to deal with and will deal with them again.

I had my raptor reversed into, these guys were the first I called and I had the part paid for and ready to be delivered in a few days.
Connor was fantastic to deal with, quick and easy which is what you want for things like this

Excellent service. Knew exactly what part we needed. It turned up in a couple of days and fitted car perfectly. Would use them again.

I was very hesitant in ordering the parts I needed and decided to call the customer service number for assistance in understanding the return policy. I was expecting to be on hold for a few minutes before talking to someone but my call was answered in only a few seconds. The man on the phone was very polite and when I asked about the return policy he gave me a clear and exact answer and went above and beyond by double checking my cars make and model and verifying the part fitment as well as recommending against a part that did not fit my needs. Very satisfied with the customer service and would love to give my thanks to the man who helped me but unfortunately I did not get his name

I messaged an enquiry. They got onto it straight away, kept on it until they found me the part I needed. Offered delivery or pick up option. Absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this lace 100% . So pleased with their service.

Great company… was looking for a part for a car that is a 2007 model. Used the on line portal to ask the question, which was very easy to use got a response from Matt and he sorted the part I needed.
I could have ordered on line but chose to contact the company directly. Great experience in customer service 10/10

I ordered the wrong part late one night, called next morning to check on the part and a friendly staff member helped confirm it was the wrong one. I was easily able to change it and pay the difference before it was shipped and it arrived quickly within a few days. Would recommend this business to anyone wanting parts ⭐

Called this company at 10:45am on a Tuesday. Looking for IX35 Hyundai Reflectors, Spoke to Simon, knew his cars & parts....didn't waste any time by shipping the parts I needed to me straight away. Good to see some old fashioned customer service from an expert company. I will pass the details on to family & friends & will keep these details for future. Cant speak too highly of them.....an Aussie company that actually knows what they are doing. I wish I could say the same about Vic Roads? This was my 18th call for the day, I wish I had their details earlier?

Dealing with Matt at Carparts2U was excellent - pleasant and efficient. The part I needed could NOT be sourced in Queensland. It arrived at my interstate P.O. 28 hours after I paid. Whole process took ONE phone call. Brilliant service. Thankyou 👍

Found Carparts2u on google looking for a rear light cluster for my Hilux after being advised it would be over $400 from a Toyota dealership. Called them
up to find out if they had stock and they did. Collection next day and a fraction of the price. Will definitely be using these guys again if I need to.
