Very friendly and courteous. They installed four roller doors that I had purchased as part of a complete shed kit. The installers did an excellent job, confirmed with me how I wanted things done when a minor issue was discovered and provided excellent solutions. They then cleaned up after themselves and removed all the rubbish even though they did not have too.

Kelly had a quote to me before I could put the phone down told me a time frame and Joel turned up ahead of schedule fitted it gave me the run down and even picked out a fault with the shed I had built which is getting fixed next week. After calling 4 different companies that either didn’t get back to me or made it sound like I was asking them to give me there car I stumbled across infinite garage doors and got Kelly on the phone who was absolutely amazing, no messing about and she managed to squeeze me in a lot sooner than expected. Before I knew it Joel was knocking at the door and had the job done super fast and he also saved me 600 odd dollars which was great! Can’t recommend these guys enough if you want reliability service and tidy work.

Rang ahead of appt & arrived within half hour. Diagnosed the problem with motor on our panel door as was only closing completely some times. We discussed whether to replace parts as was a belt drive motor & teeth missing off the belt & because was at least 10 years old. We decided to have a new motor installed & chain driven as is a larger panel door than regular size. Motor ordered & he was back in a week & installed. Another security problem fixed. Be back in a year to service & offered a great service deal because the motor was purchased through Infinite Garage Doors.

These guys are trustworthy I didn't get a quote and they did not overcharge I know this because friends had similar work done by other companys and my bill was in line or even cheaper. Also they straightened my damaged roller door without extra charge. Highly recommended.

Builder’s own home in Cairns – I just used Infinite Garage Doors to replace existing jackshaft motors with new conventional motors on 2 panel lift doors in my own home, plus replace a chain rail on an existing motor. This was my first experience with this contractor. This small family business provided excellent service and workmanship for a great price. This was a challenging job with limited space for the conventional motor and rail. I emailed photos of the situation and received a reply email, phone call and quote within 24 hours. 2 days later they arrived on time and completed all work that day. They programmed all remotes to operate all 3 doors. Their ATA Tempo motors are top quality equipment with a 7-year warranty. These guys know their stuff and provide great old-fashioned service. I highly recommend this honest family business.
