Carpe Diem Cafe

Went here for breakfast on Sunday around 11am. Service was friendly and cafe is cute. We ordered the barramundi special and loaded croissant. Both meals were very good, but a bit on the expensive side. Would definitely recommend.

Food was amazing and quick to come out, coffee on point, was just a little loud.

This place is a quaint coffee shop at Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre. It was the place that our School reunion was held. It just happened to be their first catering type occasion that Denis and his team presented to us and did not disappoint. Our group was about 40 strong fellow 60+ year olds enjoying the tasty meals prepared for us. Dennis did quite well with the food, the servers were f a b i l i o u s indeed. The place indeed very clean and tidy with a great selection of cakes, biscuits, meals to tickle your taste buds. Best of all is the coffee. Hubby and I will return to sample their lunch menue real soon.

We had a great experience on opening weekend, which included free coffee and $10 mains, which was great!! I got the chicken and waffles and my friends got salmon and Benedict’s which were also great! The iced mocha was excellent and the coffee, service and vibe of the place is very enjoyable. I’m glad this place exists to serve the Fairfield community.

My family and I had an amazing breakfast experience at Carpe Diem Coffee Shop in Fairfield recently. We tried the Mixalog, a delightful combination of 2 sunny side up eggs, pork longganisa, beef tapa, spring roll, fried rice, and chopped green mango salsa. The flavors were fantastic, and it's refreshing to see new items on the menu.

What truly stood out was the impressive service. The staff at Carpe Diem Coffee Shop made our visit memorable with their attentiveness and friendly demeanor. Overall, it was a delicious and enjoyable breakfast, and we'll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu.

I will never not get bored of coming here. It's so rare that you find a place that consistently delivers quality coffee and food. No matter how busy they are, they somehow pump out the food but remain great quality. It has such a cosy vibe. I'll be sad the day I have to move away from the area and can't come.

Good coffee, and delicious hot snacks, a good breakfast or brunch option. Friendly, efficient staff. Indoor café and mall style seating handy to carparking and supermarket shops. Very popular with locals, a good meeting place. Also good access for those with elderly relatives.

I ordered the Mega Breakfast. It was fantastic. Each item on the plate was cooked to perfection. Kind of pricey at $24 but for what you get, it is well worth the money. The mushrooms are to die for.

Great coffee and great staff, the owner is great as he actively hires young people into their first job and trains them up, some patience may be needed but nothing to complain about. Really well run place.
