I picked up a click and collect for one of my friends today. Kat helped me pack into the boot which I thought was lovely , helpful and packed it much better as I was dropping stuff anywhere. She was a Great help , fast and great laugh

I just witnessed a staff member pay for the groceries of a woman in need who didn’t have enough money. No fuss, just kindness. Lovely people work there ❤

Always clean, easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and sociable.

Great to grab drinks for dinner when getting takeaway, usually cheaper. Clean store, good selection of drinks. Friendly staff.

Coles Fairfield is my regular grocery shopping place. It's consistently well-stocked with a good variety of products. The staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. A reliable choice for all your grocery needs.

I would just like to thank you and acknowledge your caring staff. My adult son is blind, he always does his grocery shopping on Mondays but unfortunately his support worker was not available today due to family illness. He took himself off to your shop hoping someone there could help him. The staff member that helped him could not have been nicer and so helpful. We are both very grateful, thank you again.

Quite a large shop. I was looking for something and one of the workers there's actually asked if I needed help, and informed me of what happened to that product which was interesting.
The store was very clean and well staffed. A bunch of the self serve checkouts apparently died, so no one to blame here. Overall a good experience, lots of specials and easy to navigate.

Love this Coles. Almost always fully stocked with great fresh produce.

This Coles near my house has any daily necessity I want to buy. It's very neat and tidy. For someone clumsy like me, the staffs always show remarkable patience. I left my purse in the car while checking out, and the staff held my goods in the trolley. Fortunately, it wasn't peak hour. The biscuits are affordable to munch on. Moreover, Coles brand products are cheap especially when they're on sale and of good quality for sure. For instance, toilet paper, washing powder, milk powder and the list goes on. The raw products such as salmon, prawns and meat are comparably cheaper and I like the quality very much. I am a regular customer of the store.

Our new local favourite. This Coles and shopping center has a homely vibe to it. Always well stoked and staff helpfull. We see a lot of vegan options become available here first and are happy to shop here in the future.

Great store Friendly staff always well stocked

How a supermarket should be. Massive range, always well stocked, spacious with wide aisles, well lit, fresh produce, well staffed checkouts, easy parking. Kudos to Coles for the infrastructure and to the store manager for the upkeep.

They have excellant servicr. The staff here go out of their way to help out customers. The prices are very good and the store is not usually crowded. It is always clean and the food is always fresh.
