BWS Fairfield Gardens

Many thanks to the guys at BWS who went to endless trouble today to help me find my lost purse ... footage showed I hadn't lost my mind and did put it in the box with my wine, so it had to be in the car. It was. Under the seat, under the carpet. (How??!!) But thanks, guys, for helping me avoid panic and reassuring me I wasn't misremembering!

Had a lovely helping hand from Mary today as I was in search of an red.
Mary helped out with some great suggests for the price range I was going for, that lead to my purchase of the Little Gaint McLaren Vale Grenache. Will helping me out, She even manage to help out gentleman that was having a hard time deciding would would be best for him.

Keep up the great work, lately the service has been impeccable. Attentive and helpful staff. Nearly always 100% stocked product available. Im surprised my last rating was average at best. It just goes to show that if ardent reviewers return to an average rated business, (if you dare), you need to walk in without the baggage of a previous visit because it’s like a relationship; you won’t be able to experience the goods if you’re still hung up about an ex.

Not really made to feel welcome at all except from one of the employees. Also trying to get it through to one of the employees thick skulls that me and my housemates have medical exemptions for wearing masks, when they were mandatory. Not really sure why an incident report was needed to thrown on the counter and madly written out almost every time he served me. I’m quite disgusted in how 5 people that I know had been treated by this store.

Fantastic service. The boys are always on point, and are willing and ready to help. They will always help you with your wants and needs. True and tested, they always help point you in the right direction, be it for yourself or if you have a gift in mind for someone special. Amazingly helpful and courteous. If you have a query just ask, they are more than happy to help, as they have done for me!!!
