Consistently good Service

I was always hoskins, but they are as useless as I won't say, just began my change to poolwerx, helpful enough bit needcmore staff and technicians to keep up, I'm guessing under the pump from loads of people leaving hoskins. For a town full of pools we need better and more efficient services. And products..

Friendly staff. I'm sure they have other maintenance staff that are more competent but the one that came to fix our pool was hopeless.
Broke more than he fixed

Absolutely appalling service from Poolwerx Gladstone, I booked a service for a spa after numerous phone calls to the shop they assured me that it was on their list of priorities 6 weeks later still no one has bothered to turn up or contact me. I would not recommend this business.

Terrible service, constant change of staff , misdiagnosis of problem, lack of communication except when sending the bill and continually trying to upsell products - Would not recommend!!
