Gladstone Reef Hotel

I visited the Reef Hotel after vacating for awhile.i visited Monday 22nd January and your gaming waitress / cocktail bar person was just, AMAZInG in her knowledge and execution of all cocktails. I ordered an expresso martini and, hand on my heart, it was THE BEST one I have been served. Kudos to the female barperso.

Had dinner here and it didn't disappoint ,the service was fantastic and the meals were big ,filling and totally delicious, especially the sweet potato fries 🍟 😋

Good range of beers on tap, food was top quality with excellent variety and not ridiculously priced either 👍
Worth a visit for a casual meal and a bevvy or two

After having a horrible experience and last minute cancellation with a nearby motel, I booked this hotel and within 30 minutes after booking I was in my room. I would recommend 10/10

Had lunch here and the chicken snitzel was amazing and fresh . Clean bistro with good service.

Want a place to stay where the lady at reception offers a level of service you want to go back out and come in several times. Not many of these left ladies left!

Staff are awsum beautiful and friendly and the girls behind the bar rock!

I have been going back and forward to Gladstone for many years but don't know why I have waited this long to eat at the Reef. Woo Hoo! Me and my work colleagues ate there two nights in a row and would have been more if we weren't going home. I had two different Parmys' and both were delicious, huge and well made. I had the Hangover and the Dirty Birdie and now I am in a situation that when I go back I won't be able to pick between the two. Everyone else at the table was very happy with their meals and the staff at the bar and to the table were lovely, friendly and cheeky Queenslanders. Bring on the Reef!

Excellent value! My only feedback is they could make it look much nicer by touching up paint jobs here and there and fixing some holes in walls, but the room and location and service all FANTASTIC would definitely stay next time I'm in Gladstone

Accommodation - Very Convenient to Gladstone central, walking distance from town. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly Recommend staying here as it’s also very affordable.

Pub - Food was cooked to perfection and staff were friendly and welcoming. Great pub!

Had lunch with my daughter there, great food and friendly staff. It was her 18th and the staff to pleasure to ask for I'd a few times. Will definitely be there again...

Great hotel in Gladstone. Cheap food and drinks. Comfortable rooms and a great price. Pokies also on site. Roof top pool as well. Part of a chain so worth joining as you get discounts in a number of places. Highly recommended if needing a stop before heading to Heron island

The reef hotel's staff are always amazing, the bangers and mash at the bistro is the best and the pool table is in the open so as long as kids are supervised than you can have a drink and play some pool, in the bistro they also have x'boxs set up for the kids

Great reception, rooms are fantastic, easy access to the bar and bistro. This place is in a really good spot. I have stayed in the reef more times than I can count and it's always the same.

Very pleasant. Place is lovely. Food is Great and Staff amazing. Just Sorry we got the, We Don't Care Ones in the next room partying till 2am.

After a horrible experience at The Central Hotel, we sulked up the road to Reef and our expectations were exceeded. The staff greeted us with big smiles, the gaming manager was lovely and we had a lovely date. Thank you very much!

The staff were so lovely and friendly on front desk thank you both Amanda’s 😀. The housekeeping done a fantastic job and were so lovely and friendly. My wife and I stopped in for a night on our honeymoon and Had a beautiful room looking over the harbour. Great job to everyone so impressed will be back next time we’re this way for sure !! Fantastic roof top pool too !!!

I went to dinner with my family and ordered a steak with prawns, a chicken schnitzel and a seafood platter. It was quite busy but our food didn't take a long time to arrive and was extremely tasty. I'll definitely go back again and recommend it to my friends and family.
