Bunnings Gladstone

Yesterday, I witnessed an elderly gentleman in a car in the carpark experiencing a medical episode. Upon alerting a staff member and asking for assistance, within seconds, the man surrounded by at least six staff members who were there to help. Each one took their own role in helping the patient, they all knew what to do, and did everything with care, compassion, and kindness. It was quite a confronting and stressful situation and I thank those staff members who assisted so quickly. Thank you to Lyndell who took the time to contact me to ask if I was ok. Well done Bunnings Gladstone.

I love buying here because all we need at home for fixing is all here and we used to buy stuff here almost every weekend!!!

Bunnings Gladstone is a nice store to get all your home/house need with competitive prices.
I love the arrangement of the aisle, however the bays are not easily located. It takes having to move around the racks to located the bays with the help of online search.
What I usually do is to search on their app, note the bay number and the aisle. This has helped in locating the items I need in the store.
The staff will welcome you with bright smile and play with the kids.
They have friendly staff that are ready to help, also advise on choice of items to pick by explaining the good and the not so good about it.
The store is strategically located and has items that I/we need. I have never been disappointed or not get what I need.
I will recommend the store anytime, any day.

opening and closing hrs are very helpful for people doing shift work. Also the staff at Gladstone Qld are very friendly.

Who dosent love bunnings amd a snag

All staff I encountered were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Special mention to the lady who was cleaning out the ponds this morning in the garden shop. She was absolutely lovely, helpful and had a friendly open demeanour.

Plenty to see. Lots of variety, whether you're a professional or part time gardener. Nice coffee at the coffee shop too, with a playground for the kids. Great plant selection. Regular customer. A+++++

I went to Bunnings Gladstone today to purchase heel adhesive but could not locate it. I asked several people who did not know it by that name (or any other) and made no move to assist me in finding the product. I went to the counter where a lady (name tag Mel) researched the product on the computer, found it’s new trade name and location on which shelf. She then went with me to locate what I needed. Wonderful customer service from this lady. Please pass on my gratitude to her.
