I had a young girl who really took the time to explain everything to me ,she was so helpful. Good to see staff who ask if they can help you. Something that another of retail stores lack.

I would just like to thank Kayla for helping me set up my new phone, Kayla also explained to me how to set up my Samsung watch 5 when I get home so I had better WiFi to connect it to my phone. So thanks Kayla.

Walking in wanting to down size my plan as the contract is up. Asked one question and answered by a team member that explained my options. I chose a new plan month to month and was out in about 6-7 minutes. Great service. Probably not want the boss wants to hear but there was no sales pitch or try to upgrade just answer my question with the options I was looking for! Thank you!

Never been so happy with customer service and a provider in general.
Akil assisted me on Boxing Day when I came into the store for a new mobile. He answered all my silly questions and insured I was happy with everything. I got very good value for money. Thank you
