I usually hate dealing with Vodaphone however i was so lucky to be served by Xavier who helped me with the best customer service I ever received and was super kind and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any other voda enquiries :)

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Hadi & Kareem were fantastic! We came in late on Thursday night with some complex issues to sort and these gentlemen stayed past close (probably spent 2-3 hours with us) doing whatever they could to find a solution and fit it all in our budget. Their dedication to their customer was exemplary and high above what was expected. I would go so far to say as some of the best customer service I have recieved ever. These are the guys to see. Great work guys keep it up!

Ive had an approx 6mthly experience with Macarthur Square Vodaphone. I was looked after Jamee ( store manager) ,Tareq, Aalia that have gone above and beyond to assist me with my International Roaming issues. Coming frm a customer service background. They are a perfect example of what EXEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly recommend this store 👍👍👍👍

Good service staff... very friendly caring staff.. unfortunately Vodafone... checking with Equifax Credit ..scumbags.. claimed that I am only eligible for a sim...!! Well done... CRAA, Veda Advantage, Dun and Bradsheet and Equifax Credit... they all lick the boots of Corporate bosses and creating bad credit listing which is against Australian Consumer Law (ACL) ... Competition and Consumer Act 1974 ... compromising the privacy of Australian citizens, permanent and temporary residents to appease the shareholders..!! Corporations without conscience and shareholders/investors/stakeholders is a curse ...!!! 🤬 they will adopt all unethical means to the Corporations... it is the Privacy Commissioner of Australia... TIO... ATO ...Energy Ombudsman's job to secure the privacy... looks like everyone is busy and we innocent Consumers are trampled upon by Corporate giants... they are not elephants🐘 ... but mouse..working on loopholes...exporting jobs overseas and depriving young, old and Australians of employment, training and decent living... they are failing all Australians by dodging their care...to make us suffer...!!! Very shamelessly they carry on.. no choice here 4 too many scumbags are using good people... who are stuck...!!! 🙏
